What a waste!

Spent 30 or more minutes answering questions only to get a message that my wait time would be several hours. I was annoyed by that, as it leads you to believe you will be waited on promptly. It took me from 2:30am to 6:30am but I finally got a prescription for antibiotics for a tooth abscess. I did have to take a picture of my teeth, although it wasn't very good, but it sufficed. He was very patient and nice while it took me forever to do things. Just as a note, they will only give you antibiotics once for a toothache so make sure you see your dentist. My only complaint is they lead you to belive you will be attended to immediately and that wasn't the case. Otherwise, I have no complaints

I rarely write reviews, however; I felt it necessary to do so, as it is imperative that people understand what this company is all about. To begin, I wanted to try KHealth for at least a year so to make certain I gave a fair assessment. This company is ALL about "MONEY" - YOUR money and nothing more! In fact, just this year they DOUBLED their rates! This company is NOT about your health or helping you when you are ill, or when you need them. How do I know? I experienced it all firsthand. All of what they say they can treat you for is NOT even close to being true! As an example, I had a UTI which is VERY easy to treat with an antibiotic. What did KHealth want to do? They wanted to send me to urgent care or my local doctor/clinic while THEY order a lab test for me so to get a culture. ALL for a few hundred dollars of course (more money in KHealth's pocket) then once they get the results back (who knows when that would be) they may or may not even treat you! #shameful - For the 'SANE' mind, if you will - why would anyone pay KHealth for a lab test on top of their initial fee if they are only going to send you to urgent care of your local doctor/clinic, which you could have done yourself from the outset and saved a few hundred dollars? It's truly a money-grabbing scheme from KHealth. This is NOT by any means, the only example, I could share, there are many MANY more! As for the doctors? I can honestly say - those working for KHealth are not likely to get a job in a real clinic as they are personality-less and not knowledgeable. They ALL use the KHealth 'canned' message system' to communicate with you, all the while ignoring the conversation you are TRYING to have with them so to get the help you need. Not to mention, you will likely not get past a few sentences before they throw out their 'canned message' and then close the APP as if you never existed. As for the APP itself? USELESS - 80% of the time it does not work and states the system is down and to try again later. Wait times? I have waited at least 2 hours and many times 8 hours to get in contact with a physician. Customer Service? Good Luck with getting anyone to answer the phone or even return an e-mail. I truly wished I could have made this review positive, but that is just not the case with this company, sadly. Now we wait for KHealth to follow up with a response to this message - ( if they even do) - you can bet it will be a 'canned message' as that seems to be the only way they want to communicate :( I honestly do NOT see KHealth staying in business for much longer before it all catches up to them.

the interface between Anthem's Sydney app is absolute garbage. First appointment that was scheduled a clinician didn't show up. No way to get help on the app, had to GOOGLE their customer support. A DAY later they say whoops, just reschedule. Rescheduled and I cannot check in. Again, no where to chat or get help on the app. Missed the second appointment. What a waste of time.

I used them 2 times, first time Dr, was nice and listened to my concerns and diagnosed me well. This time was a nightmare, the "Dr" refused to treat me with antibiotics even though I told her I was prone to strep, she said that is impossible here in USA that a person gets strep 2 times a year so she told me to take a cocktail of OTC MEDICACION wich wasn't helping, I tried to reconnect to another clinician and have been waiting for 2 days no response, I finally went to urgent care and spent a lot of $$ but I did tested positive for strep. Once they take your money and tell you to take OTC medication your money is gone, they never reconnect even though they said you can reconnect and ask questions. I emailed them and they said no second opinions and that I agree to pay them lol I did but I thought they where supposed to diagnosed me... Don't waste your money here. This is a SCAM

This was the fastest easiest way to get a prescription I have ever had in all my life. I was so thankful to get medicine right away within an hour to treat my uti and not have to wait a week to get into my primary doctor or spend a fortune at urgent care. The price was 35 dollars as promised I only waited 5 minutes to get connected with a NP and she sent so much helpful advice as well. I definitely will be using this again!

Avoid this scam. They give you a hard time then refer you to a physician in person. Save your money.

Absolutely a scam. I have been denied medication and pursuing a refund.
