Wasted 30 minutes going through the app aswering all the questions. Then wanted 4 hours to be connected to a doctor who said go to and ER. $40 for that! I have a cold been sick for week and still have a cough.

On Saturday I started a visit to see a doctor, first I waited several hours for this doctor. I later I’m bed waiting trying to avoid an Urgent Care visit. I explained to Dr Richard LeBano my symptoms and what was happening. I was running a high fever and had a nasty headache and sore throat. My throat was swollen and full of pussy white spots, red and extremely painful. I said my neck was stiff because of the pain, you could see knots on the side of my neck from the swelling. The doctor told me I had a viral infection even after I expressed this had to be something more. I said this feels a lot like strep, I’ve had it before. He said we go on evidence here and I am not prescribing and antibiotic I have explained the logic to why it’s probably viral. Only a 35% chance it’s strep. I ended that meeting because I knew at this point he wouldn’t help me. Went straight to an Urgent Care and tested positive for Strep. Strep can become dangerous if untreated. The K Health doctor told me to message again in 2 to 3 days if I don’t feel better. We may not have gone to medical school but we know what our body is feeling. Take the time to listen, go a step further to try and figure out what’s needed. I can honestly say I do not believe I will ever use a virtual visit again unless it’s with my primary.

This place is a fraud company do not use them they will charge you 39 dollars on a chat then never help you, a scam stay away from this company

If I could give zero stars, I would. I've been sick for about A week, sinuses and whatnot. Then developed a croupy cough so I used the K Health app. Complete waste of $40. Said it was *probably* viral, didn't offer any suggestions about OTC meds or even a prescription for some cough syrup. SCAM.

K healths customer service was always spot on with me. As long as I applied my Faith to treatment and maintained (kept) myself. Medicine as well as The Medical field is great when it is looked to with faith in God and the fact we are healed. Their doctors were always kind and helpful. And they have been prompt Everytime I had a need. But I believe in Jesus and what He says about me. Thank you for yalls outstanding patience with me. By the grace of God And the stripes laid on Jesus Christ I AM HEALED!

I got sick only 3 weeks after having an ear infection and didn’t want to go all the way back to a physical doctor to get an assessment, so I tried K health. I first took a free quiz assessment from them and it said I might have an upper respiratory infection which didn’t align with some of my symptoms so I paid them to “talk” to a “doctor” and get a “real” assessment and after stating my worries that I had an ear infection they completely ignored that and said I don’t need antibiotics and gave me a list of home remedies and over the counter meds that I could’ve just googled for free and left the chat. Needless to say I was unsatisfied with that answer and begrudgingly went back to a physical doctor and turns out I still had an ear infection and needed antibiotics!!! This website definitely scammed me out of my money and won’t offer me a refund because while I “disagree” with them, I still received an “assessment”. Complete scam, don’t use!!!

Horrible company and service. Waited 3 hours to be seen. Dr didn’t even listen, immediately said it’s viral and disconnected. Tried to talk to a second dr and they said they don’t do second opinions and disconnected. Only advice was to rest, drink fluids and take acetaminophen. Run away as fast as you can. Spend a few dollars more and schedule an appointment with one of the other tela health companies that actually has drs that care.

I would give zero stars if I could. Waited for 3 hours for a service said was available only to be told I would be required to visit a lab to receive treatment. Don’t waste your time or money.
