Horrible. A complete scam. Use this if you want to spend 40 + dollars for a physician to just tell you to go to an in-person doctor office, use this service! Makes sense doesn’t it?

There a scam, you give ur symptoms and even explain the meds u might need. They tell u they can't help with asthma meds but want to prescribe something for cough, what school did u go to, how does that help with a flareup. Let people know ahead of time but no they rob u and then say sorry. RUN RUN from this company

Disappointing and unclear. K-Health was not upfront about their policy on treating eyes, even though the initial symptom I entered was "eye redness." The physician told me that their policy was to refer patients with 'ocular distress' to be seen in person. I paid $40 to be told to go to urgent care or the ER. K-Health needs to place their policies up front.

I would give less than one star if I could. They say they can help with weight loss in their adds, but don’t tell you that you must have health conditions and be considered obese for them to help. I signed up paid the fees only to be told they cannot hel. DO NOT BE FOOLED like I was. It is a scam!

Used K health last year for a sinus infection RX. I get a sinus infection every year so I know the symptoms - pretty textbook. No complaints. Contacted K health today as I have another sinus infection and the Dr. said they have "changed their policy" and no longer issue the RX for a sinus infection until AFTER I have suffered thru it for 7 MORE days. WTH? Will not use this sham service again.

I waited all night for someone to contact me and finally 7 hours later at 1am in the morning they contacted me all I needed was antibiotics for a UTI that I had confirmed with test strips and they gave me nothing told me to go to quest diagnostic and get lab work done they basically stole my 40 bucks looks like a pattern with these people someone needs to stop these thieves

I visited my son and grandson over the weekend and both of them tested positive for strep. A few days later I had sore throat with white pus spots, fever, headache..... The clinician said he could not see from the picture and would not prescribe antibiotics. I live in the mountains and it takes over an hour to get to an Urgent Care. I will make the drive next time.

Garbage, trash, money grab. I have 100% symptoms refuses to write a antibiotic script basically was told on two occasions to deal with it
