They use all sorts of excuses to refuse return or repair the pool quality keyboard. The keyboard was merely used (less than 4 days in total) and the connection starts to become unstable, give it a full charge it disconnects occasionally, a few keycaps are loose. Customer service refuses to invest it, instead, they ask me to record a 'video' to demonstrate the problem. ???? This is only a £70 keyboard do they really think that worth me to do a bloody video??? I have wasted enough time on email with them. Speechless. This keychron keyboard is going to be in my bin. Whenever I see a Youtube video about this keyboard, I know what to do. Definitely avoid this scam company.

First time ordering, I got the Keychron K8. I plugged it in and worked perfectly fine. Some reviews have said that the keyboard breaks after a couple of days, if so happens I will update the review. If there haven't been any updates from me, it means that the keyboard to this day works perfectly fine. I use it for windows 10, I got myself the white backlight with brown switches since it is mostly intended for gaming and university work. Personally can't give an opinion on the customer service since I have not had the need to contact them, the delivery to the UK has been very fast, it arrived a week earlier than originally anticipated.

Ordered a keyboard that merely worked, wanted to get money back but they refused.

First time I placed an order with them it took about 3 weeks to deliver in Canada. I also got dinged with a duties charge. The keyboard is just okay for what you pay for.

Der Support ist Müll. Ich habe die Keychron K8 bestellt, die kam auch an, jedoch ohne Windowstasten. Nach mehrmaligem Anschreiben per E-Mail, habe ich die Antwort erhalten, dass sie die Keys nach senden. Nach 6 Monaten sind die immer noch nicht da.

Very sad, I feel sacked $116 by Keychron. I purchased a K8-C3 ISO UK keyboard from their website, under order #266358. Which arrived with a falty left shift switch (not registering). On the same day I contacted their support email, which initially Alice handled the situation as standard: keyboard test website, replace keycap, kb factory reset procedure, reflash/upgrade of the firmware, all captured in video as they requested. They said that a replacement PCB would be sent to me, but suddenly they stopped communicating and replying to my emails. It's been 3 weeks I'm still waiting but at this point I just wanted to return the keyboard and full refund.

I purchased a keyboard from them to the amount of $150 (inc. shipping and customs duties). The keyboard started failing after a couple of days of use; about a quarter of the keys do not register, with some keys sending double or triple signals. All at random, sometimes pressing a key again will register while another key that did work previously ceases to register. Their customer service is an absolute hell. You are send in a loop of unrelated questions while they do not acknowledge that their product is faulty; even though a lot of customers experience the exact same problems. They can’t find your order details, ask to update firmware again and again, do another factory reset, try the keyboard on different machines/operating systems, make a video of you using the keyboard and ask other silly questions like is the keyboard detected by a computer, etc., etc. even though they very well know that their product’s hardware is faulty. After weeks of mailing back and forth with their customer service all they offer in the end is a 15% discount on a new keyboard. As if you would want another one of their faulty products… As an alternative they offer to send a couple of the same faulty switches (with the customer having to pay shipping and custom duties) that seem to be at the root of the problem only to postpone the issue for a couple of keyclicks. No proper solution is being offer whatsoever and you are stuck with a $150 brick… Stay away and put your money to use by buying a quality product!

I am getting ignored on purpose by customer support. Bad quality of instructions on how to modify your keyboard shortcuts or even how can someone write specific special characters. Keyboard otherways looks good and the feeling is great. The customer support and instructions are the problem. Dont buy this. There are better companies out there.
