Horrible customer service and awful keyboard. Would never recommend it to any one, kept disconnecting whilst typing.

They just...never sent me the keyboard. They just took the money and ran. They say it's lost in shipping as if that means I should be out my money. Simply disreputable, high risk.

terrible customer service got the wrong item and the first thing their customer service staff asked me to do thru email was "we will find another customer for you, could u help us send the wrong keyboard over" like bro??? took me multiple emails to get them to send my actual order over. To this day they have not taken back the wrong product saying "we will give u the address to the warehouse soon" when I am pretty sure it is not the case. DO NOT BUY DIRECTLY FROM KEYCHRON THEY WILL NOT RESOLVE THINGS NICELY IF YOUR PRODUCT TURNS OUT TO BE DEFECTIVE OR WRONG.

Keyboard quality isn't in question. But customer service is abysmal and if you ever need to return an item good luck

Recently ordered a Q5 mechanical Keyboard and because of the quite poor reviews, i paid with PayPal to be on the safe site with buyer protecion. Turned out it wasn't needed: Shipping from China to Germany was only 10 days and the whole process was well documented online. I had some questions regarding the product and the support was able to resolve them within hours. The product itself is great: Exeptional build quality and customization possibilities for a 96% mechanical keyboard. I love it! Good customer experience for me!

Keyboard shipped the day after placing my order, received it in 2 weeks, works fine as expected. Shipping is a bit expensive (25$ for a 70$ keyboard), but it is well packed and the product came intact. Not experienced the customer service as i didn't need it. Order through PayPal just in case anything happens. Company is legit.

I love my Keychron Q2. I ordered the grey/silver option and then changed out the keycap set. I ended up asking Keychron if I could buy a blue nob and they said they would just send me one for free if I paid postage. I love the keyboard and had a great experience contacting the customer service team as well. I would recommend for sure.

Keychron makes amazing keyboards. I ordered one for around $99, with $30 shipping, and it arrived within 5 days. The quality is mind-blowing, aluminium frame with well-textured keyboards. I was actually worried because I paid so much money for it, but it was well worth the price. I have no idea why there are so many bad reviews, this keyboard is awesome!
