We recently bought a keyboard from Keychron, the Keychron K3 Pro, and to my surprise, even then I paid 20 extra euros for back light, the key-caps are not see trough. After writing an email to their costumer service they explained to me that the information was listed in the product description. Indeed it was, even then there is a block with all pertinent product information, they decided to leave it in the middle of a paragraph, without any special attention, about the type of the Keycaps. In a text full of gigantic images and a thousand words, the only place this is mentioned is the following: "Designed for premium type feeling, the K3 Pro comes with our unique double-shot PBT keycaps that made of durable non-backlight shine through PBT material with excellent oil resistance for long-term use." Worst thing, when I complained, they sent me a screenshot of this paragraph, like, "See, right there, how could you have missed it!" My friend already have a Keychron Keyboard, we spend an evening looking trough the models, this thing is misleading, that that they do not advertise the keycap type in the product purchase customization, like they do in other keyboards, and then they sell it as a separate article, just looks like bad commercial practices making not only the costumer spend more money but creating waste from it. Who needs 2 sets of keycaps? To see the product page just paste this path into the Keychron base URL: /products/keychron-k3-pro-qmk-via-wireless-custom-mechanical-keyboard Now, after a lot of emails exchange and threatening to make the email conversation public, they decided to make me the favor of discounting the damn see trough key-caps. Fine, I did not want to pursue the useless conversation anymore and just wanted the damn Keys. Guess what? There are not see trough keys to purchase, I would guess because of all the customers, like me, that bough this damn keyboard thinking that a keyboard you are paying extra 20 euros for RGB backlit is going to have see trough key caps. Now I'm here, with a stupid and expensive keyboard that I can't see my keys in the evening and I need a lamp on top of it. I just want my damn see trough key caps.

Shipping to the UK took well over a month and when the courier they use (Evri - who are really bad) seemed to have lost the package and wouldn't respond, they stopped replying. This forced me to spend time processing a refund request with my Credit card company. I think they should consider a better courier partner as the products they sell are FAR better than the customer experience.

Keyboard is brilliant, customer service is diabolical (for the UK). I went with a Keychron K2 keyboard due to the amazing reviews I found online. Little did I know that these reviews favoured the US site over the UK. As some have mentioned, the company is China-based so the customer service for the UK is both slow and appauling. Once my product arrived, I realised I had accidently ordered a German layout as opposed to a UK one. Speaking to customer services, I soon realised they were both slow and lacked the basic ability to assist me with my issue (they suggested I bought a new keyboard entirely). I then asked about returning the item as I was unhappy with their service, to which I was told I would need to send it back to an address and pay for the postage myself. In the end, I went with a third-party company that helped me locate the correct keycaps I was after. Conclusion: I highly recommend the keyboards they have to offer, but make sure you either get the order right first time (unlike me) or you're based in the US. Avoid the UK site at all costs.

Keyboard isn't bad, but print on keys is wearing off after a few weeks. They also delete negative reviews on their site, so keep that in mind. I'd give my business to someone else.

After paying online (including shipping). Was asked to pay a further $35 USD as a capital city is apparently a remote area due to them using DHL. This is something they can and must sort out prior to taking payment.

On Black Friday I placed an order for a keychron keyboard. I also asked for some extras in the notes of the order. after placing the order I heard nothing for about 10 days. I decided to contact support and it turned out that the order was on hold. I then politely asked if I could get a refund because I had changed my mind about the order. I was informed quickly that my refund would take 5-7 business days. My refund arrived 4 days later through paypal. Thanks for the good customer service. // To any potential buyers: if you are wondering what the customer service is like, if you treat them with respect, they will treat you with respect. Remember to have reasonable expectations from a company based in China, it's a lot harder for them to have good support. Also don't expect any refunds if you received your order and don't like it. Make sure you know what you're buying. Also if there are problems with your order it's on you to contact support not the other way around.

They use awful cheap delivery partners who fail to deliver, and are now trying to charge me for the redelivery. At the moment I feel scammed - they've taken my money for a keyboard and postage and are now asking for more.

Amazingly bad customer service, communication and return process. Received a destroyed box and msising keyboard from transit and they haven't been any help at all
