I have a K2 V2 that broke only after one month of use. Its Bluetooth connection became unstable on Mac OS and Windows alike. Updating its firmware did not help.
Keychron refused to repair it, although I had stated I would pay for the repair. They informed that they cannot do it.

Ordered a keychron k8 pro, doesn't work
Ordered a keychron k8 pro, showed up on time. But it is broken. The switch for BT is broken. I connected the keyboard to my pc but my pc and laptop doesn't recognise it. The RGB works but that's it. Contacted customer service but no reaction yet. Bunch of shills

Their products aren't terrible but…
Their products aren't terrible but they're also not great. Overpriced and very ugly to be honest. In my case I had missing tools in the box and their poor pathetic customer service goes and refuses to take any responsibility. They'll keep asking you to look in the box (3+ times in my case), like you're an idiot and haven't looked already before emailing to dodge compensating the customer. Don't recommend buying from them directly.

A real solid 3 stars
Keychron seem to have become the default quick-and-easy fix for getting yourself a mechanical keyboard at the moment, so I felt it'd be worth writing about how I've found using the K2 for a few months. I've got the metal-framed, RGB model, version 2, with Gateron Red switches (ie. linear).
Coming from a rubber-dome keyboard, this thing does feel pretty good to type on. I'd recommend *not* using the tilt stands; they don't help ergonomics at all. The keyboard is actually tilted slightly upwards without the stands. Keychron's palm rest also seems to make things more comfortable.
There are a few complaints, though. The lack of 2.4GHz wireless connectivity (ie. with a USB dongle) kinda sucks. The included cable is nice, but I'd like to use this wirelessly without Bluetooth, because I use it with a KVM (and, yknow, Bluetooth is horrible).
The RGB selection button in the top right is a little too easy to hit when pressing the Del key. This means you then have to mash it a few more times to get back to the lighting mode you were on previously, because it cycles the modes.
Finally, the symbols on the keycaps don't look fantastic. The 'Windows key' looks pretty wonky and is the wrong way round, presumably to avoid seeking permission from Microsoft. The F1-F12 text is tiny, the right Control key has basically no margin, and (in my opinion) the font they've chosen isn't the nicest on the eyes.
One last thing to mention: customer service. I had a faulty board, and in fairness to them they did replace it with an entirely new keyboard- BUT, this was only after 3 weeks' back-and-forth with them asking me to prove that the keyswitches for some keys weren't working - using an online keychecker. Trivially, it's not possible to specifically see that they're *not* working on a keychecker! Their staff seemed to struggle with this concept, but I think I eventually got a supervisor who just yeeted me a replacement.

Keychon Q6
I have ordered the Q6 and it was delivered within a week. I had some issue with the firmware of the keyboard but was easily updated with the QMK toolbox. The whole process is explained on their website.
This is my second keyboard and the first expensive keyboard as well.
I do not understand some comments I read about delivery since they used DHL for the shipment to me, which was traceable and fast.

Misleading Website and Sketchy Return Policy
I looked at the Keychron Q6 keyboard on the Keychron website. I was looking for a wireless keyboard, and from looking at their website, this appears to be a wireless keyboard. All of the many images show a keyboard with no wires coming from it. The lengthy description of the keyboard mentions nothing about the keyboard being wired.
Since I liked everything I saw and reviews were good, I placed an order for the Q6. When I finally received the keyboard, I happened to notice that it said Q6 wired keyboard on the side of the box. I never opened the box or removed the shrink wrap. I immediately contaced Keycron by email. I was told that I could return the keyboard if I paid for shipping to HongKong.
Keychron's website is misleading, and their return policy is abysmal. My advice would be to avoid Keychron at all costs and order from a different company that does not misrepresent their products and has a legitimate return policy.
UPDATE 3/1/23: After going back and forth with Keychron, they said that they would be issuing a refund. Yesterday I received a refund of $15 for a $225 keyboard. This company is like a bad joke. My advice for anyone considering business with this company: Run. Keep running. Go elsewhere.

Very low quality product on its way to my dustbin
After just a few months of use my K4 keyboard has failed completely. Seems I must ship it to China at cost that is near the cost of the keyboard. As it was a disappointment from the beginning with its weird flashing lights and non-standard layout, I won't be sending back but will send it to my dustbin - best place for it.

Non-existing Customer support & Pseudo (?) "local" websites
Keychron seems to operate several "pseudo" sites in most European countries.
None of them seems to be an actual/"legit" e-shop and their stock seems to be most of the time ...fictional.
Everything is routed to China and everything is originated from there.
I don't know about USA but forget Keychron in EU.
Expect tax imports and huge delays also none of their shipping policy in their site(s) is true . ETAs are part of the imaginary workflow.
Therefore as it happened in my case the products that were "in stock" (otherwise you cannot put it in your cart ...yeah right) and after immediately charged my money account..disappeared (!) .
Radio silence.
So did their "customer support" .After a week I have emailed them to find out that there is no stock now (!) and offered to buy Product B vs A, besides the price difference (luckily refunded in the end) I have accepted the offer, waited patiently another silent week for shipment ...which never came. Crickets again.
The always "one-liner-email" response from the obviously non-english speaking personnel with (I assume) a google-translated response to my email had no explanation or excuse of any kind . The 1 star goes when my patience ran out and the last email was more... vivid , and then decided themselves (!) to cancel the order and refund the amount.
Of course no excuses or explanation of any kind.
In the end maybe the product is actually good (and not slightly overhyped as they seem frantically searching for influencers in their social media for some reason) but without minimum customer support and things like DOA, missing shipments, SC issues and mostly the fact that they are using dirt cheap transport companies it's risky to say at least.
Good luck to get your product/money back if you try and to Keychron@EU : thanks for nothing.
