I have ordered several keyboards from KeyChron. From china to the East Coast United States if ordered on the weekend about 4 business days. I'm 50 miles from my nearest DHL location. DHL tenders KeyChron shipments to USPS for delivery. Typical order will get in and tendered to USPS on a Wednesday and on Thursday keyboard is delivered. Not bad shipping is like $20 bucks. However that isn't the issue I've had like many customers its the customer service. One of the K10 mechanical keyboards that I purchased had the I key not functioning (no led backlighting and I keep when pressed wouldn't work tried multiple different switches). KeyChron made me send video and proof that I have updated firmware to latest version. After submitting that proof. They claim they were a small company and offered me $15 off my next order. I explain to them no I wanted a fully functioning keyboard. They said okay two weeks and we will ship you out a new PCB board per our warranty. Okay that was agreed upon on June 19th, 2023 it's now almost the middle of August 2023 no PCB and emails to KeyChron about the K10 still not functioning go unanswered to. None the least very disappointed in customer service. Product is decent but customer service definitely needs to improve.

Here is my experience: - I ordered keycaps and switches on the site. Since I was traveling to Greece, ordered to my parents address where I flying. - Received an email from "Risk Order Confirmation" asking to send a photo of my ID and credit card 4. Sent both, waited for a week. No response 6. Asked for the update twice. Finally received an email that my order will not be shipped because the shipping team will not ship the order because "they consider it is risky to send a shipment to a freight forwarding company or a PO box where the recipient does not live in" Still have a couple questions I never got clarified - What is the risk of sending 80$ package anywhere? - Who is that genius asking customers to send sensitive information especially if the order is not shipped anyway?

Can't order with Revolut on their site. Accepted the payment, in the email they asked for more info to insure that I'm the real owner of the card. After I provided everything, they still refunded my purchase. Really wanted this keyboard, I guess I will just find something else now. This is the problem with with automated support system. Thanks, for wasting my time.

The K3 mechanical keyboard is the best keyboard I've ever had. I'll recommend keychron team to improve the User Experience with the addresses and the shipping. I had an experience where the website allowed me to input the address but after the purchase they sent me an email forcing me to add another address. It was quite difficult at the time because I was using the address of my courier. Apart from that. Keychron keyboards are really nice and good looking.

Ordered a Keychron K5 Pro and I'm mostly happy with it but the board is bowed so that both the left and right sides rock when typing. It's not the worst thing in the world, but not something I'd expect from a keyboard at this price so I want to get it resolved. The issue is that there is no customer service, at all! I emailed them over 2 weeks ago, no response. Dropped a message in their quick chat, no response. Messaged them on Twitter, no response. You literally cannot get hold of them to get issues resolved which is not acceptable.

I understand being overworked, I've been in that exact position, but I've also not given a crap about a customer complaining, and know what it's like be dishing out junk responses. The overworked thing is just an excuse, hire more people, you can afford it if you're selling so much that support cannot keep up... This is their whole support, unless your issue is covered by their template responses, then you will get help within a day. However, mine wasn't... the C2 Pro RGB was my first mechanical keyboard I've bought myself, and never have I spent this much money on a peripheral. You wanna guess what happened when the advertised Via support didn't work? I had to find out myself, why it didn't work, risk bricking my keyboard to fix it (they ain't gonna replace that LMAO), before figuring out the solution without any help from the people that sold me the damn thing. Guess what, after ditching their "help", I managed to resolve the issue myself within half a day. The keyboard is nice, and will last me for years to come, however I do regret giving these people money just to be treated like garbage.
