I looked for an ergonomic chair for my back and neck for a moment, it is hard to find a chair for my small size (1.58 cm). I have the normal home chair and office chair, they have ok back support but not for the neck; i can't rest my head on the headrest; my neck can't touch the headrest no matter how much I adjust. Thus I started my research and found KERDOM 918H. The 918Hhair's headrest can be moved up and down, front and back This is amazing! The one who designed it is genius!

Being Tall most recliners are too short at the legs making them uncontrollable.. Not this chair. Finally I can be comfortable. I already named it the Teddy Bear chair.

The wheelchair has been a great help for my wife... she was loosing the ability to walk, and was getting quite upset at not being able to do the things that she enjoyed doing... the chair allows her to move about the house and yard on her own, and once there do the things that she enjoys doing, and then move on to the next task or return to the house and relax; only snag is the controller.... it will continue to drive the chair in the last direction the joy was pushed in after the joy stick has returned to the neutral position. I believe that will be corrected soon.Dan Warthen.

Hace 10 días que hice el pedido, he escrito varios mensajes y nada, no hay respuesta. Me he visto obligado a responder porque parece que es lo único que miran... Mi pedido es #KD7909, por favor decidme en qué año me va a llegar. Si no recibo noticias durante este semana os llevaréis una buena demanda ante la OCU. Tiene huevos la cosa que respondan por aquí en vez de por el correo de ayuda....

Terrible Terrible customer service!! I received my portable electric wheelchair. No manual included. Had it charging for hours. Green light on charger but wheelchair will not turn on. Pics showed a wheelchair with a single foot plate. The one that showed up here has individual foot rests. It's much heavier than the advertising said. Going to have to call my bank about getting a refund. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT. I've called several times and voice mail is full. Sent numerous texts and emails and no response!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY It's amazing how you only responded to my public review but not to the numerous phone calls, texts and emails that I left my order number on.

I ordered a chair by paying the extra for the two days delivery option . The order was CREATED two days after my purchase and the chair delivery was delayed. I was not home for 2 weeks and the package was returned to the point of origin, but no trace of refund yet. Order number is KD7660, if anybody endowed of good will wants to redeem themselves. Please refund my money as I have found another solution and already have a chair. After writing this review, my refund was processed. Many thanks.

Chair arrived quickly and as expected. Very pleased with ease of assembly and function. The upholstery and padding are excellent.
