I ordered a wheelchair in 2025. I asked to return it as it was not satisfactory. They promised if I returned it they would refubd my money. After weeks I disputed my purchase with Citibank. Only after I removed my dispute would they send me a return label. U shipped the wheelchair back. They received it and have never refunded me dispute complainant the Better Busibesz Bureau. It’s been over a year and they gave my $497.00 paid and Citibank would not help once I removed my dispute! I have emailed and called numerous times. This company is a scam and should be shut down for fraud!

The chair I received was damaged causing it to not be able to turn properly with the footrest in use. The issue would cause the wheel to push the footplate up to turn Causing the chair to lurch. Almost three weeks ago the wheel kicked and threw the chair into a doorway I was going through causing the control arm bracket to snap. I have been in contact with them multiple times to get these issues resolved but they keep delaying and not assisting with the issues. I finally found the bracket on their site and paid and ordered one its been three days and they have not even packaged the order per their website and it states that it would be expedited. Now they have gone no contact when I attempt to reach out

I paid for the thing that was supposed to arrive within eight days, it was over a month before I received it. They said it weighed 58 lbs, the shipping slip said it weighed 72 lbs with the little bit of cardboard and styrofoam it came in.

I ordered a wheelchair 12 days ago, with a 5-day delivery guarantee. Still waiting. Any attempt to contact the company by phone, text, or email has remained unanswered. Tracking on their website indicates that the product has not even shipped yet. Very disenchanted so far.

Wrong motors didn’t sell what they advertised supposed to send. Two batteries only got one one operate on the grade. They said it would didn’t send all the parts needed. Then the worst I sent it back because it needed repaired. They sent me a refund of half of what I paid and said it was a restocking fee almost $400 last and vinyl they will not return phone call they won’t answer phones.

I ordered a chair through the Home Depot seeds program; the image of the chair I ordered was not the chair I received. I requested a review by Home Depot and the Kerdom people sent this reply;The item you received is correct. The image in your screenshot was caused by a temporary system glitch. If you refresh the page, you’ll see the correct product image, which matches the item you received. Please feel free to leave a review based on your actual experience. Thank you for your support! My experience with Kerdom has left me with serious concerns about the company's reliability and customer service. Kerdom agreed in writing to provide a $150 refund. I accepted the agreement and waited for the refund to be processed. Despite repeated follow-ups and a BBB complaint, the refund was never received and the company did not respond to the BBB. Consumers should proceed with caution and keep detailed records of all communications, promises, and refund agreements. I am sharing my experience so others can make informed purchasing decisions.

After 6 months of dealing with my disadvantage plan with no success I found Kerdom . When their memorial day sale put a scooter with the same specs or better than Drive brand for about what the 20% deductible would cost me I decided to give them a try . Order KD28306 moo2 came quickly like in 5 day via FedEx. It was packed well easy to assemble via you tube and charged the battery. Drove it out the front door down the ramp and across the grass down the sidewalk turn around 4 driveways down the street . Headed back home across the grass back up the ramp through the front door . I was hooked freedom mode was on. So far took it to Walmart and 2 or three restaurants. The seat pivots so you can.belly up to any table and even the high ones. It is a tight fit in a Toyota camry truck after removing the seat and battery which BTW takes little effort ;put them in the back seat . In the Toyota Highlander it all fits very easily. Got a five year warranty which is better than most scooters. Had a small issue with one of the anti tilt wheel on the back . There was a small bump in the tubing but was able to tap the bracket in with a rubber mallet . So you can wait on medicare or you can pick up a Kerdom in 5 days and let your freedom ring beep beep.
