I didn’t want to even give this shady company a 1 star. Lost my jewelry after days of giving me the run around.. and then they finally tell me, they let pick out another ring, and now there telling me I can never trade my ring in. Upgrade so be it.

Sold me a 10k gold chain that tested fake at TWO different jewelers . They will not issue me a refund and want me to pay $100 to get it inspected even though I paid for lifetime warranty

The store itself was no problem we financed wedding rings and a year later attempted to pay off the balance..Kay's finances through Commenity Bank. After paying the full balance for a few months we continued to rieceve bills for small Dallas amounts it took alot of time trying to contact Commenity and plead your case they would say yea it's paid and the next month I would rieceve another bill for a small amount plus now late fees month after month untill they had gotten more than they should of been paid. Very very poor customer service. Kay's lost a customer over it and I tell anyone looking to buy jewelry avoid Kay's.

My husband bought a wedding ring for our 10 year anniversary diamonds falling out the set is only 2 months old it's been sent off twice. The first time I went in to Kay's to have it sent off the sales lady ask HAVE YOU SLEPT WITH YOUR RING ON OR TAKEN A SHOWER WITH IT ON DID YOU WORK WITH IT ON OMG to have those questions asked means the jewelry is of poor quality. I RECOMMEND NOT TO EVER BUY FROM KAYS JEWELRY. BUYER BEWARE

Don’t buy online . Save your self the headache it won’t show up . And when you contact them . All there gonna say is . Www Kay.com . Purchased a 14k rope chain . One 10k ring as well as a 14 k gold bracelet . Then the next day they’ll tell you that they don’t know what happened don’t even apologize there is nothing they can do about it . Worst experience.

I tried to order a watch online to ship to my local Kay store. I never got a confirming email, so I called numerous times and was told they had no record of my order. But a few days later, my credit card was charged for the watch. I called and called and told they show no order placed and no explanation why my credit card was charged. I am hoping my credit card company can get to the bottom of this.

I was given a ring from my sister where she purchased a ring from this company. They are selling it as 10 kt white gold and diamond pear shaped ring . I've only had it for 2 weeks and all ready turning a bronze color. It's fake!!!! They are selling it on line as real jewelry but it's not real. This is Kay jewelers, they suck. They are liars!!!!!!!!! Do not buy from this company at all. You will regret it! Hire an attorney.

Overpriced Jewerly. I have purchased some gold chains on Kay to find out that I paid over 3 times the cost. I found the same chain online at several other retailers for much cheaper. Avoid Kay
