If I could rate this THE WORST company I ever dealt with my whole 22 years of being alive I would. This company fu**** me over so bad & made me go through horrible humiliation. I bought a 10k gold Cuban link that turned out to be gold plated. Description says 10k gold Cuban link. I got it tested at two different jewelers because I wanted to sell it and both told me it wasn’t really 10k. The chain turned green and orange. Price was retail for $1,800 but I ended up paying $2,500 with interest & fees. Then the only option was to sell it back to Kay jewelers and was only offered $593. Not even half of the amount. Customer service won’t issue me a refund or an exchange of product. Plus I have to pay $100 to get it “inspected” despite having life warranty on the item. Worst experience of my life

Horrible site that never lets payments go through. Customer service is a JOKE. Take your chances anywhere else. These people suck

I bought and engagement ring form kay . apparently i bought a Yahuda diamond. not dislcosed. I bought 30 a day return for any reason. We had the band sized I guess it involves heat?. Ot made the fake diamond unstable. yep yahuda is a technique to fill diamond w glass to hide flaws. Went out to dinner. The diamond just cracked and basically looked like rock salt. beyond the embarassment was a complete rip off. luckily I had warranty. took it to kay shop and they said it was "just needed to be cleaned". i said i'm returning it they said no. got a lawyer and they put money in my account that afternoon. Never, never buy from kay jewelers ever .

This place is a scam!!! I didn't even get the piece I ordered!!! So aggravating that these people exist!!! Just stealing money from people. Don't buy from here. I'm going to report them to every government agency that will listen!!!

I ordered 2 birthstone bracelets for my daughter in-laws last Christmas (2020). When they arrived I was so disappointed. They looked so cheap and were made in China. They looked like a child toy bracelet. They were supposed to be silver and real gemstones. They were 150 dollars each. It took them forever to ship and they arrived too late to try to send back. I wish I had sent them back but I went ahead and gave the bracelets to them. I was so embarrassed to give such a gift. I will never get anything from Kay's again. I am quick to tell others Do Not Shop there!

I made several payments to the store.But only two were recorded the worst company to deal with and the financial institute they deal with comenity the worst no help resolving store doesn’t answer Do no buy from Kay’s Junk They don’t answer cause they don’t want to deal with anything besides making a sale call and You will see no answer Their jewelry falls apart within weeks

UPDATE I got a email that my package was delivered so I went and picked up my package, and guess what? It wasn’t the damn ring I had ordered. Surprise surprise!! I ordered a ring and they got the payment and it had been sitting supposedly on LA waiting since sept 4. I should of read the reviews. I lost $50

I ordered 2 pcs bangle but it's not delivered. I guess it's not legit. I'm trying to email it's always saying 10 days but it's more than 10 days still haven't received my item and not returned my money.
