Lack of concern for issue with account reporting, legal team unwilling to follow through with request for communication and follow up regarding incorrect reporting and privacy breach of information. Requested Kay Jewelers legal team to call us directly to resolve. Unwilling to do so, numerous phone calls requesting legal team to reach out, proved unsuccessful in resolving the issue to prevent future contact about their customer service / credit reporting info.

This company needs to seriously consider the repair shop they outsource too. Obvious faults in jewelry repair are being sent back to customers. They don't care about your jewelry after you buy it.

I ordered a ring from Kay Jewelers that had my husband and my names engraved on the front of the ring. You cannot see our names even with a magnifying glass. I had 2 items in my cart but put them in the trash. My husband and I have used Kay for years. This is the last either of us will ever buy anything again.

I go to Kay for most things and have for years. However, last year I went to Kay shortly after we got engaged and before we went on our trip so my fiance could get his ring size and so I could have a necklace repaired. They were supposed to replace the clasp and fix the chain. I paid $60 for this 10k necklace repair, and I suspected they did not replace the clasp because I had the same problem after wearing once. I hung it up in my jewelry box and didn't wear it again til yesterday, and the necklace broke again where the "repair" was done. I have had many rings resized and such through Kay. This was the first time I ever had a repair done. Never again. I could have almost replaced the necklace for the cost of the "repair" they poorly did. Unfortunately now it has been to long for me to do anything. Extremely disappointed. I'm sending it away to be scrapped at this point.

Very disappointed with kay, bought a man watch and the band was to small. They sell no bands in store. No help this company. I suggest you find a better place to buy your Jewelry if you want good service.

The staff is usually nice but their products are garbage. They are cheaply made and every single thing I've ever purchased from Kay has broken. 2 rings, a bracelet and a Bulova watch for $600 that the hands fell of of and they don't service or warranty. If you're making a costume accessory purchase then they are an ok option, but if you're looking for something to symbolize love or give as a gift, do NOT buy anything from KAY, it will fall apart, and if they fix it out only makes it weaker and more prone to break. Both my husband and my wedding rings have just snapped multiple times and now mine has diamonds falling out. Don't waste your time or money here, you can get just as good of stuff at Walmart.

Cross Creek Mall Fayetteville N.C. The jewelry is beautiful! My husband and I have purchased many pieces for myself and family. However since the new manager has been there I have chosen to shop online more than in person. He isn’t as nice or thoughtful as the manager before him was who I personally purchased jewelry from before. The atmosphere in that store just isn’t the same. Now I go in to get my inspections and cleanings done. I wish all the customers were treated with the same respect. Kevin made every customer feel welcome and appreciated no matter what. I’m no longer able to say that about my experience with this store.
