I purchased an engagement ring online from Kay Jewelers. My girlfriend and I had been talking about this all year. She ended up having an almost month long hospital stay after having a traumatic brain injury. When she was released, it was time to celebrate her healing. I purchased it online late on a Thursday night. The next day I reached out to Kay Jewelers to inquire about a rush order. And yes, it had to be sized too. They bent over backwards completely and made it happen! I had the ring within a week and in time for the celebration! I have had several transactions with Kay Jewelers in the past and am a Kay customer for life!

After nearly a year of searching for the perfect wedding band, I was starting to lose hope. I tried multiple styles, bought different bands, and nothing ever felt right next to my engagement ring. Then I met Sharon at Kay Jewelers in Bristol, CT — and everything changed. Sharon took the time to truly listen. She sat with me for almost two hours, going through every detail: what I liked, what I didn’t, what felt off about the bands I had tried, and what I envisioned but couldn’t quite find. She was patient, thoughtful, and incredibly knowledgeable. Instead of pushing another option, she suggested creating a custom piece that would complement my ring perfectly. That suggestion turned into the best decision I could have made. Sharon gathered every bit of information I shared and helped bring a design to life that exceeded anything I imagined. The final piece is stunning — it matches my ring flawlessly, looks intentional and elegant, and feels like it was always meant to be part of the set. The craftsmanship is beautiful, and the photos I’m including don’t even capture how perfect it is in person. This experience was fantastic from start to finish. Sharon’s dedication, care, and expertise made all the difference. I couldn’t be happier with the result, and I’m so grateful for the time and heart she put into creating something so meaningful. She is truly exceptional.

We had an appointment for a cleaning at Kay’s in Fallen Timbers, in Ohio. We were greeted by Kevin, an assistant manager, was cordial and friendly & ueasy going! He provided excellent customer service and his level of experience really shined through . He showed us absolutely everything we asked him to show us (which was just about 20 pieces of stunning pieces, taking up about 1.5 hours of his time. We did end up trading up on our newly purchased engagement ring and purchased 2 pair of diamond earrings, too ! ( one pair for his daughter ! ) We had a tremendous experience and will definitely go back !!!

I was ready for an upgrade to my wedding ring and had my heart set on a Le Vian ring that I had seen online. Since only a few jewelry stores near me carry Le Vian, I decided to visit Kay Jewelers at Hulen Mall. I prefer shopping in person because I like being able to try on jewelry and get a feel for how it looks and feels before making such an important purchase. I had recently had a less-than-great experience at another well-known jewelry store, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. As soon as I walked into Kay Jewelers, I was greeted by the store manager, Kara. She was helping another customer but immediately acknowledged me and let me know she would be happy to help as soon as she finished. That first interaction already made me feel welcome. While I waited, I looked around and noticed a ring that caught my eye. When Kara was available, she took the time to help me find the perfect ring. She also made an amazing recommendation for an add-on piece that would give my ring the extra width and look I wanted. It was something I never would have thought of on my own, and it ended up making such a beautiful difference. What really stood out to me was how much time and attention Kara gave us. She never rushed us or made us feel pressured to buy anything. She offered us water, made sure we were comfortable, listened carefully to what I wanted, and gave thoughtful recommendations based on what she knew I was looking for. That kind of personal attention is hard to find these days. It was also Fourth of July weekend, so we were fortunate enough to get a great deal, which was an added bonus. However, the price wasn’t the main reason we chose to purchase from this location. Kara’s customer service was the deciding factor for my husband. When you’re spending a significant amount of money on something as meaningful as a wedding ring, you want to feel like more than just a commission. You want to feel like a valued customer and someone they genuinely want to build a relationship with. Kara made us feel exactly that way. When I returned to pick up my add-on ring, I was so excited—and even more thrilled when I saw how beautifully everything looked together. It was exactly what I had envisioned. I would absolutely recommend this Kay Jewelers location, and especially Kara, to anyone looking for a great jewelry-buying experience. She truly listens, understands what you’re looking for, and knows how to make thoughtful recommendations without ever being pushy. She just gets it, and that makes all the difference when you’re making such a special and expensive purchase. The rest of the ladies at this location were also very polite, friendly, and courteous, so you really can’t go wrong. But Kara is definitely the reason we will be coming back. I highly recommend this location!

While getting my wife’s diamond ring routinely cleaned and maintained, Sabrina Townsend went above and beyond by giving the ring the attention it greatly needed! My wife has gone to several Kay locations for service but Sabrina at the Outlet Shoppes located in Simpsonville, Ky will be the person involved with the maintaining and purchasing of our current rings and any future jewelry! thank you again, Sabrina! My boyfriend and I had an excellent experience and received outstanding service from the moment we walked in. I believe our associate’s name was Shyanne (apologies if I misspelled it), and she was absolutely wonderful. She quickly understood my style and preferences, helped guide me to exactly what I was looking for, and made the entire process enjoyable. Her knowledge, friendliness, and attention to detail truly stood out. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience
