I would give them a negative if i could!!! jewelry high priced and cheaply made. Lost an earring due to poor manufactured clasp brought the pair on credit still having to pay for one earring and the staff was not helpful.

My visit to Kay Jewelers in Fleming Island today was amazing and Unbelievable. I put my ring in bleach and ruined it. Connie called me and said she was working something out. To my surprise she worked it out so that I got a beautiful NEW RING. I googled it and it said do not put your rings in bleach, I did not know Clorox would damage my ring. I just LOVE ❤️ MY NEW BEAUTIFUL NEW RING. NOTHING LIKE HAVING MY LIFETIME WARRANTY.. she was so patient and understanding. I will never leave my ring in bleach again. Thank you Connie so much😘

Kay's jewelers has the absolute WORST customer service ever,they make charter customer service look like a 5 star company.i paid $20 for overnight shipping and didn't get it then when I called and asked to get a refund they said they could not refund my money and I asked to speak to a manager and the guy said "there's no manager here" to which I said I need to speak to someone over him NOW and then all of a sudden a manager was there and he tried to say they couldn't refund my money and it wasn't until I got angry because they kept feeding me bull crap that now all a sudden they could refund my money and was told my money would be back in my account in 5-7 business days which did not happen so I had to call AGAIN and was told it could take 10 days up to 3 weeks to get my refund after I was told 5-7 business days the absolute worst customer service ever...I do NOT recommend using kay jewelers because your order won't be on time and customer service is rude as crap

My experience Kay sales people are very rude. They're nice when they're trying to sell you outrageously priced jewelry. But if you are unhappy with your purchase. There's a 30-day policy. I believe some of Kay's people need ethnic training badly. I bought $3,000 worth of jewelry wanted to terminate the warranty and get a refund on a piece of jewelry it was way over price. But I was happy with the other jewelry. Until that telephone conversation I had with a salesperson I stated my concerns and then it seems like I was interrogated. All I heard was okay the sound of the phone hanging up That is not the way you treat a customer so now I'm taking everything back you don't appreciate me patronize your store. With your rudeness I don't want your jewelry

Ordered a Garmin watch that was on clearance online. Once it arrived, I noticed that the seal on the box was broken. So I opened the box and it was obvious that the watch wasn't new. The protective seal on the screen was missing and the watch had just been thrown in the box without even trying to put it back correctly. To top that off, the charger cable was missing as well. So I contacted the customer service on their website, and they said that I can switch it for a new one at a store where it is in stock or I can send it back and they would ship a new one. Since it is a gift and time-sensitive I had to drive to a store an hour away as it was the only one near me that had the watch in stock. It was approved by two different customer service agents that the watch is in stock in that store, but lo and behold, it was indeed NOT in stock. The sales person was very rude about it and rolled his eyes at me when I explained the situation. I still ended up having to send the watch back, and am now waiting for a replacement. I am so disappointed and frustrated with Kay Jewelers. Never buying anything from them again.

Purchased a $2,000 necklace that was on sale for $570 dollars paid for and everything a day later they sent me a email and said that it was out of stock I would give Kay's a zero star if I could I don't think I will shop with them in the future seemed like a scam to me they tried to sell me the most expensive necklace in the store when I came back in seems like a complete and total scam but buy at your own risk I thought I would get this off of my mind this morning thanks

I would give negative stars if it were possible! I bought a Rotary brand watch from them 4 years ago. I had brought it in 4 times to get it fixed. The last time I brought it in, they said it was no longer under warranty...which is odd, since I showed them my warranty paperwork, that I paid an extra $100.00, that states 5 years on parts and workmanship. Today they gave me back my watch that was more damaged than when I dropped it off months ago! I was told I would get no credit, etc. for my watch, that I paid $300.00, plus the extra $100.00 extended warranty! To top it off, the salesman said I could buy a better watch for a few thousand dollars!! Moron thinks I will give this store another cent ?!?!

My boyfriend bought me a diamond gem set that included, earrings, ring and necklace. The necklace is starting to change from silver to black, and it made my neck start to itch. Is it real or fake. It made me wonder if the diamond gems were real.
