Tried to order something for my wife for Christmas, and waited most of the day for them to tell me it's out of stock. No it's in another store nothing. I Always buy stuff for my wife from here every anniversary, birthday e.t.c. well that stops now I was charged for an item that said available then 4hrs later not available. Very poor customer service, these future kisses won't start with kay.

Bought a necklace from them and they canceled my order 3 days later because it was “out of stock” . Now they tell me to wait a week for my money. Checked the site and it still says nothing about being out of stock. In the end they still charged me shipping on something I’ll never receive. This company is absolute trash and they ruined my anniversary present. Will never go back again. TRASH!

If I could leave a review of 0 stars I would!!! Horrible on-line business!!! Stuff ships very late, if ever!!! Weeks can pass the "expect to ship" date and you cannot cancel or get any information on order. When I asked when order might be shipped this was reply: "I don't see any information on shipping". That's all she could tell. WILL NEVER BE A REPEAT BUYER AND WILL TELL EVERYONE TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

The website changed my address so the order I paid for got returned during holidays. It will take so long to receive my refund that I will be unable to purchase anything else. Kay offered no help with that. Didn't even contact me and ask to honor purchase and possibly over night ship item.

I have no clue why there are so many negative reviews. I ordered a pre owned ring on 11/28 and I received it by 12/6. The processing time was one day longer than estimated, but shipping was a day shorter, so it worked out. The ring came in perfect condition, no scratches or anything. I also got an insane deal, it was just over $300 for a 14k white gold ring with 1/4 carat diamond. Granted, it was pre owned, but still. That's a great deal. I had read all the reviews after purchasing, and got really worried. It was a great relief to have it arrive so soon. (If you see this same review somewhere else, it is because I copied and pasted it from site to site. I don't want to write this same paragraph over and over)

My fiancé and I went to pick out my engagement ring. It had to be resized. We were told two weeks, but definitely in before the 5th. We called two weeks later to see if it was in, was told they received a shipment and they’d check. Was on hold for 25 minutes and then was told, no it would be in the next day or the day after but our promise day was the 12th. Called today and was told that our promise day was the 11th. The date continues to change every time we call. If it wouldn’t upset my fiancé, I’d call the store and cancel the ring. I could have gotten a higher quality Diamond ring for less at a local jeweler and had it resized in the same day. This will definitely be my first and LAST purchase from this store chain.
