I feel like a lot of the jewelry is really cheap…I bought my girlfriend 2 pieces of jewelry and her necklace snapped twice and the diamond in the middle just fell out as well that is unacceptable especially when this jewelry be costing the price it be costing too much to be breaking like that especially when it’s no reason for it to break….this needs to get better or I will no longer be purchasing jewelry from here if this keeps occurring.

Ive been dealing with Kays for a few years. Today was a problem , i called about my kay credit card because it expired and i needed a new one. The first idiot i spoke to said " yup its expired " after i told him it was and hung up!! I called back the next person while not quite the idiot the first one was took my info and said i needed to pay a fee to get a new card. So u asked can i just go in the store and use my acct for a purchase and get a new card from them??? He repeated 3 times about this 1.95 .... before i decided to show my ass i just hung up and called my store directly and the young lady was very helpful. Customer service though ....RIDICULOUS.

Kay Jewelers Sevierville repaired a ring for me. They replaced a diamond and were to rebuild the prongs. This was done last February and this January the diamond fell out and prongs loose and bent they would not repair it unless I paid them again. It was never fixed correctly or this wouldn’t have happened. I will never use them again and I wii let all my friends know how badt the service is.

Horrible horrible horrible !!! Do not purchase from this company. I have insurance , still had to pay 689.00 to have my ring go up 2 sizes , my ring left with them was saudered with a total of 3 rings . it went to their repair shop and I got it back and it was crooked and porly saudered back together ,had to go back out for repair again , without even leaving the store . waa told it would be a rush order Took my 689.00 and now I'm waitung two more weeks to get it back a hopeing it's fixed correctly. I asked for a partial courtesty refund and was told no , that kays doesn't give refunds and basically nothing I can do but wait for it to come back again from their repair shop So I still don't have my ring . or a partial curtesy refund for the trouble I am going through. Horrible horrible company .

Worst experience ever..sent our 2500 dollar ring in for a sizing for the first time they messed it up could totally see where it was sized so we sent it back second time a little better but could see it still and scuffed up the rude district manager Kara refused to send it back..I want the ring in as great of condition as it was when i sent it in to be sized. The employees treated me like i was asking for to much but i have never had such a botched sizing in my life..so now i'm reduced to attorneys, I tried to explain to the lady if i had the ring appraised now it would depreciate because of the marks they left behind..Kays need to honor their warranty and fire this district manager in forsyth il named Kara

My fiancé has purchased me two different rings from this Kay’s. My original engagement ring he picked for me was deemed defective after going back and forth to their shop for a month straight. I had diamonds falling out left and right from my original ring, beginning on the day he proposed (SUPER EMBARRASSING). At first, we were told they could order us the same ring that would have the same issues from a different store because it was being discontinued, and we could not get a refund because he had the ring for more than their return policy stated. The only other thing they would do for us was exchange the ring. I have small hands, a size 5 ring to be exact, and I was worried that I would have the same issues with the new ring that the manager helped us pick out. The manager assured me I would not have these issues with this ring. He also never explained to us that Lab Created diamonds are essentially worthless and cannot be used towards their “lifetime diamond trade in”, I only found this out after the ring was purchased and had a diamond fall out. Nevertheless, I was very careful, never wearing it to work, and I still ended up losing a diamond from the side. After dealing with the store manager, district manager, and customer service, we still have no real answer on how we will be compensated for this terrible mess. We were told we could get a refund by the manager, yet he only was going to refund the difference that was paid for the new ring and not the other ring my fiancé originally bought because he said he did not know how to. His district manager said then that we could not have a refund period because of the original ring being purchased too long ago. Aka they do not want to lose out on the money and could careless about their customer satisfaction. The only solution the district manager had was to have us spend more money on a “custom” ring that will take over two months to make. Customer service has been helpful, but their “investigation process” is said to be slow and does not guarantee we will even get the refund we deserve. I took my set into a local jewelers to see how they could help us and was told the exact reason that my ring had diamonds fall out was because they sized it completely wrong and “the easy way”, so the whole integrity of the ring is completely compromised. The workmanship on these rings are completely garbage and made so you have to constantly use their warranty. So now, I am here with no ring until we get an answer, which we were told will take a month to get, and we have spent way more money than wanted on two rings that I cannot even wear. I cannot even be happy about being engaged or show off a ring thanks to Kay Jewelers. I will never recommend Kay Jewelers to anyone who wants quality jewelry, and I will never make a purchase from Kay Jewelers again.

I just want to take time to praise Sonya at the Park City Kay's location. I called her desperate to find a band for my wife that was getting discontinued. Sonya took the time to contact several Kay's to try nd track the band down. She came across the last one and had it overnighted, and I was able to get it just in time for the holidays! I was so excited and thankful for her great customer service. Thank u so much Sonya u deserve a raise!

I've bought a lot of jewelry from Kay Jewelers but never again. First I bought a ring at the store, had it two weeks, and one of the small sapphires in it fell out. I took it back and was told they could fix it but it would take over a month and I'd be better off just throwing it away. It was not an expensive ring but I don't throw money away. Second experience: I ordered a necklace online on December 6th and was told I would have it by December 10th. I paid for rush delivery. Now it's the 23rd and no necklace and it was going to be a Christmas present. I've called and gone to the store but no one can tell me anything and I have had no offers for a refund. They gave me a UPS tracking number at the store but it is invalid. They did offer another necklace that looks exactly like the one I ordered but it is $100 more. I think this is a scam and they've lost a longtime customer. I will never buy anything else from them.
