ABSOLUTLEY recommend. The orders ship from different locations, So come at different times..... (hey a new surprise in your mail box is always welcome!) if your In the USA obviously it takes a bit, but WELL WORTH IT. Also: NEVER DELT WITH BETTER COSTUMER SERVICE. EVER.

I would not recommend buying from this website. There's a lot of other stores you can buy from that have the same stock and that you will have less issues with, for example Aliexpress. I purchased an item and the store sent me a message saying it was unavailable. I was confused during this period because my item was still showing up on the website. I was offered the choice of a voucher or to simply pick another product within that price range. I asked for a refund and they said they would get the senior manager to message me in three days. The store did eventually refund me however, I was worried at the time. In future, I would like the store to let customer's know there is a refund available not just a voucher (When interacting with customers over email). I feel this simple declaration early in the process would of saved me a lot of stress. I did have a previous review which had a few inaccuracies. I was refunded on the 24th of May but I was unaware due to personal email mishaps. In addition, one of my other blunders was stating they had flagged my review. I accidentally posted on a Trustpilot site for a brand that sounded similar to the Kawaii Pen Shop and was flagged as unauthentic in the process. However, after close examination I realised my mistake. I just wanted to declare these mistakes, so you're getting a true representation of my experience. Although, I wouldn't recommend shopping here, my experience wasn't as bad as previously thought. So, I apologise for my misinterpretation of the situation. This review is my personal opinion. So, please keep this in mind when deciding whether to buy from The Kawaii Pen Shop.

I ordered from them and got the confirmation email. I had forgotten about my order until around three months later (it was a pretty small order) and so I sent them an email. First, they claimed they had sent me an email as to why the order hadn't been sent (it was because one of their items was out of stock), but they hadn't sent me an email at all. Keep in mind I had paid in full for my order around 3 months before this. They told me I could choose another item worth the same amount as the item I had originally wanted, or claim a voucher worth more than the item. I chose the voucher, of course, and waited the three days that it takes for them to email you back. They then sent me a voucher worth the price of the original item, which was significantly less than the amount they had told me it would be worth in the previous email. So in all, they dont send me the email at first, they make errors in the emails that they finally do send me, and they try to give me a voucher for the amount THAT I ALREADY PAID THEM MONTHS AGO. They give me absolutely nothing for wasting so much of my time. I will never be ordering from them again and I urge you to not order from them either. You can find any item they have in stock at many other online shops for similar or even cheaper prices. Please don't waste your time with them.

All shippings arrive in time, or shortly after the predicted time, and they always are in perfect state. The quality is satisfying, solid and well detailed goods. Although the pen ink seems to run out way too quickly; just a few days. Despite that I'd recommend it to all of my friends.

I bought the fruit set and cactus set of pens and they are cute and fully functional! I love how they write smoothly and very fine lines. I'll be ordering again very soon!

I have ordered on this website a while ago and despite the shipping taking a lot of time, the quality of the items are great. The pens I bought write so smoothly. Best ones I've ever had! 10/10 would buy again once I run out of ink ;)

Very happy with the quality of products from this store! The service is great and quick to reply to queries. Some items took a long time to arrive but that's the price to pay for FREE international shipping. If you're in a hurry for your items, I'd suggest paying for express postage. Otherwise, just chill and enjoy the free postage as you wait for the very cute products to arrive at your door! Would buy again from this store.

I fell in love with a photo of some fruity dangle gel pens and I had to take the chance. I was not dissappointed. Everything I ordered was adorable. The only down side was that it took about three weeks for everything to trickle in, but even that could be seen as a positive as it extended the fun of receiving happy mail. I'd get a little tiny package on one day and then a few days later another tiny package and finally a third. I'll definitely be back for more.
