I ordered two of the diary journals on their website approximately $5 each so I was expecting something pretty average. From the images shown, they looked pretty sturdy and the paper quality looked good. My package arrived pretty late in the mail. It wasn't what I was expecting at all! The quality of the journals felt like something I could get at a dollar store... Below average! Definitely not worth the money. Paper was so thin and the binding was just sad...

I only received some of the things I ordered. When I asked them for a refund, they said I should send them lots of documents and mail insurance I didn't have. I tried to contact them again and got the same answer. I am truly disappointed and I want my money back.

Got my first package. they ship them separately, good for the customer to avoid customs fees! Look forward for the rest. Love the dual pastel pens. Will buy them again

I've ordered from them twice so far. Everything is so cute and I have to say that I was surprised by the quality of everything I've received. The shipping takes a while and the items come in separate packages but that was okay with me. Also, I give TWO THUMBS UP to their customer support. All in all, I can say that I'm really happy that I found this store and I can see myself placing another order pretty soon as I've been eyeing some of their new items.

I really like the design and the price. It took about 3 weeks to my house. I'd like it faster, but the you cannot beat the price. Overall, I think I will buy again if I need anything here:) Also, the customer service on Facebook was very nice!

I ordered quite a few items during their huge sale shortly after Christmas, and was very satisfied with my order overall. I didn't have any issues with items not being in stock-- everything I ordered shipped. The shipping took quite a while (think 2 months), but I was expecting it to as it's un-tracked mail from China and I live in Canada. If you're buying gifts from this site, just keep that in mind. Everything I ordered DID arrive, but in little shipments, not all together and not all at the same time. Again, it didn't really bother me that much-- I just kept checking the mailbox for a surprise! haha I was happy with everything I purchased; my co-workers have commented on my cactus pens and my funky click-pens because they write so well (besides being super cute). I would agree with the previous review that stated the pens run out of ink fairly quickly, but that's kind of par for the course with novelty pens. I also got the kitty cat stamps, which have held up well. The various stickers I purchased are really good quality. All in all, I would and plan to order from Kawaii Pen Shop again!

I love shopping from this store. Everything is super cute and cheap. I've bought from them several times and I have never been dissapointed with my purchase. I definitely recommend it!

A waste of time. I wanted to order a lot of things, however, I decided to test the service first and buy 3 items. Thank God I did. Nothing arrived! When I asked about my stuff they said they'd resend it, a week later they send me an email that my order has been cancelled and refunded. They never gave me an answer. If you're going to buy Chinese things just buy them from Wish, this is not worth it.
