Kawaii Pen ShopReviews of kawaiipenshop.com

I’m happy with my purchase. Everything arrived well within the time mentioned on the website. The products are very cute and at affordable prices. I love the quality of all items that I received. I feel like the bad reviews are unfortunate! I've bought from this store twice and I will certainly be back for more. They always responded in timely manner when I emailed them, so everything has been great!

Awful. Only sent half of what i ordered. when i queried it they said it was coming later but never arrived. They totally ignored my messages after the first one. I had to get my money back through the dispute procedure on Paypal.

I was very nervous about Kawaii Pen Shop since it appeared in my world via a Facebook add. The products were so cute but I was concerned that this would be a scam website. Mixed reviews didn't help this much. I decided to buy the 'Cat in Cup Stickers' since they were on sale and if something happened, I would only be out $10 CAD. It felt like so many weeks had passed and I had not received my order so using Facebook I contacted Kawaii Pen Shop. They were very helpful, providing me with links to their estimation page and explaining why the package might take a while. The estimate was 25 days with the stipulation of it might take an extra 3 months because of some customs stuff specifically Canada has. I was delighted that by the 25th business day after I had placed my order I received all 40 of the kawaii stickers. I'm honestly very happy with my experience and would recommend Kawaii Pen Shop to anyone who is looking for some cute stationary!

The quality of the products is not good but average to low. I would expect this from mass sellers but Kawaii pen shop prices are far too high for the quality they offer. Also prepare to receive many small deliveries as Kawaii pen shop has lots of their stuff delivered from third party sellers to you. So far I received no single delivery coming directly from them. The shop looks so nice but most of their products is not worth the prize. I suggest ordering from cheaper sellers or looking out for better quality for the money you pay.

My favorite Japanese stationery store! I just wish I had more money...

The items are really cute and the stickers I got were great. However, it did took 3 months for my order to arrive but that may just be because of Canada Border Services Agency's holding time (as they have stated in their shipping & return page). It's also kind of weird that the products are constantly labeled as "on sell", so just be aware of that I suppose. The orders that I ordered together were also sent out separately and each arrived at a different time. But it is free international shipping so I'm not too unhappy with my experience with the shop.

On the bright side, the things I ordered from here are as described and realllly cute! I’ve ordered pens, highlighters, watercolors, a notebook, several sets of stickers and some sticky notes. I’ve made three purchases since I discovered this site and I’ve been loving all the items that I received. I was also nicely surprised by the quality of everything. Another good aspect was the service. I’ve contacted the shop via email and their responses were prompt everytime. The downsides: The orders took several weeks to arrive. I would get my items in a span of 2 weeks to a month. The shipping is free so I’m fine waiting a little longer. I would also get some of the items in separate packages but I actually found it kind of fun. :) Overall, I think the value for money is really good and I really love the selection of products that this shop has to offer. If you don’t mind waiting for your package, I will say go ahead and give it a try!
