Ordered stickers and after 4+ months still never received them, sent multiple emails to them only receiving copy and pasted emails back until I got one that says to send a personal id (like a driver's license, passport) to them if I wanted a refund or to reship ! Absolutely terrible customer service, don't buy from them !

Really great items. I would suggest buying things you are sure on. My order came in multiple packages, as I expected and delivery for the majority was fast and sooner than expected. Customer service was great, answered all my queries within 24 hours.

This is my first order with Kawaii Pen Shop , so I was obviously a little nervous . I had absolutely nothing to worry about !!! Everything I ordered has arrived and is top quality ! I am rapt !!! My items were shipped in one large and several small packages , but I received them all within a three day time frame . Great website to buy stationery! the products are just as I imagined them and everything was affordable. The sale items are really great as well. The ony thing I wish they would improve on is shipment. It did take a while for my items to arrive and they don’t offer a tracking code that’s the only con that I have but other than that everything else is good.

All good. The shipping took 2 weeks but it’s as expected so I wasn’t surprised. The products are nice and good quality. I’ve purchased the Mildliners, Pilot juice pens and two packs of stickers and they came in two packages. The stickers are so cute and the pens are really amazing. My only request is that the shipping time could be improved.

Don't buy from them!!! It takes forever to get your order. And i meant FOREVER!!! Plus, you can buy same things that cost a lot less on Aliexpress. And they arrive much quicker! I placed my order at the beginning of July and it's the end of August i still haven't receive everything. i bought things internationally before and it never ever took this long. Two stars for their customer service and nothing else.
