Ordered a No Face backpack, No fFace pen and Ghibli stickers! Absolutely love everything I bought, the stickers are great and you get so many of them! The bag is super cute, has lots of space for going away but as the straps are quite narrow I wouldn't want to put too much weight in it. Would order from again ✌️✨

it has been 4 months since i placed my order, which was mainly stickers. i understand with the covid 19 outbreak it may be hard to ship, but i ordered prior to the time when the outbreak became a pandemic. the customer service is terrible, and they just send you automated emails whenever you have a question. hopefully, when my order arrives, it will be cute and high quality, but for now, all i can do is wait.

This is my second order with the kawaii pen shop and I ordered 6 pilot color mechanical pencils. They arrived well within the time frame and they work brilliantly for sketches and more detailed illustrations. Would recommend this shop to others if you're looking for cute stationary or art equipment.

The delivery was very fast. It took less than a week. Also the designs of the stickers and the washitapes are very cute. I am very satisfied and will definitely order again in the future.

I have ordered many times and everything is always perfect. Last time I made a big order (+50€) and the package arrived in time and it was nice conditions. Just one time a washi tape never arrived and they made a refund. The things are really cute and I think the price is fair. I use their things for my online store packages and my clients always say that the stationary is really beautiful.
