I have purchased from The Kawaii Pen Shop a few times - and I am never disappointed. I find that for the price of the stationary, the quality is really good. I had an issue once with an order, where they forgot to include a pen I had purchased. I emailed them and received a response very quickly. They gave me options too! They let me pick between having the item shipped out at a later date, getting a refund on the product, or a store credit. I find their customer support team to be very friendly and easy to get a hold of - which is something very important to me when I shop. I will be ordering from them again in the future!

I love their stickers and washi tapes! I've ordered a few of them already and I especially like the flower patterns they have. One set with three different designs I got didn't stick as well as the single tapes, but i didn't mind that. Other than tape and stickers I haven't bought any other items yet, but I definitely will in the future. The shipping was surprisingly fast, I had expected it to take longer (shipping to Germany). Overall a great store to buy cute stationery.

I bought a large order 8 weeks ago. It shipped 22 days ago and still says “no information available “ The company responded by saying they ship by boat and that can take up to 6 weeks. That would be 14 weeks to get items intended for use in spring. By summer, they won’t mean anything to me anymore.

please dont buy from them. i literally bought something 3 months ago, (I live in the US) and it still hasn't arrived. "handed over to carrier" A MONTH AGO. don't waste your money on this. bye bye $60.

Honesty, it seemed pretty good at the start, but once I purchased an item, it came in 2 months and one of the main aspects was missing. THE BIG ZIPPER. Yeah, same too say, its pretty bad, don't but things from there. >:(

I placed an order on January 8th, 2019 (order id: 72296) I received half of my order on January 16th and wrote them an email asking where the rest of my order was. I should have known something was off when I got the following message back: "If your order has multiple items, they may be shipped from different warehouses and arrive in different boxes on different dates. We do not charge you extra for split shipments. Therefore, we can assure you that the rest of your order is on the way. We are sorry for the confusion this might have caused." I never received the other half of my order, so I wrote them again on Feb.27th, and then they sent me this note: "This delay is specific for international parcels coming from Asia to Canada. Due to the extra holding time imposed by Canada Border Services Agency, standard international packages may take up to 3 months coming into Canada from our warehouses in Asia. As this issue is Canada specific, we are unable to correct this problem on our end. This being said, we do believe that your order will eventually arrive after the CBSA clears the packages." Well, it's now May of 2020 and I still haven't gotten this order. I'm assuming this parcel was either lost or returned to Kawaii Pen Shop and they couldn't be bothered to let me know. I wish I had never ordered and I will never order again. Like others have mentioned buy on AliExpress as this store is just an inflated price drop shipper. --------- UPDATE May 5, 2020: Kawaii contacted me and offered me a refund for the items I never received. However since I placed my order that credit card was been deactivated so not entirely clear how they intend to get a refund to me. Either way, the email was appreciated and they also apologized so going to bump up my review by one star.

It took over 7 weeks to arrive. I got told to just wait after no updates on tracking at 5 weeks mark. I finally gave up trying. The parcel finally arrived yesterday and their stationery were so cute! Be prepared to wait weeks for your item. They will arrive. Eventually.

Their assortment of stationary is quite nice and stays relatively consistent unlike other shops from overseas. Their pricing is reasonable but still affordable. I usually buy Washi Tape from them but they tend to be hit or miss sometimes. Their shipping time is really long (up to 8 weeks to Germany) and items usually arrive separately rather than in one package.
