Kawaii Pen ShopReviews of kawaiipenshop.com

I received everything I ordered and it is all super cute! There’s a vast selection of items on the web site and everything is exactly what it is supposed to be.

Beware of this company. I placed an order in mid January (I think January 12), and got a shipping email the next day. I believe my shipping was listed as 5-8 business days. The shipping information never updated, so on February 5th I sent customer service an email asking if my order had actually shipped. The response was “we sent it, call the post office if you have questions, we will not help you further”. Well that post office is in Hong Kong and they do not speak English, despite that the company is listed as located in Hawaii. The shipping information never updated until one day ago after it was delivered, again over a month after I ordered it. Then more problems. The items were all much smaller than pictured and the stickers all have Chinese lettering on them (also not pictured on their website) so I don’t really want to use them. I’m sure there are no returns, given how awful the customer service already was. I’m not sure how this shop could possibly have good reviews because my experience has been nothing but unpleasant.

Great selection of Kawaii stationary goods. Prices can be a little high due to item uniqueness. I haven’t seen items like this available in any nearby store. I purchased the flake stickers which I’m very happy with, stamps and washi tape that was very beautiful. Look for sales items.

Absolutely love this shop! The stationary is super cute, high quality and affordable. Everything I’ve purchased looks exactly as advertised and arrived quickly. Highly recommend this shop if you want to get some gorgeous stationary at a great price!!

Great online shop with fast delivery! Has a good range of products at very affordable prices.

All the products for my journal are as beautiful as in the web images. It arrived perfectly to my home in Spain in only two weeks. Lovely washi tapes, stickers and stamps, and the collection will grow.

Amazing quality! I purchased mostly washi tapes and stickers (plus a few pens and other bits and bobs) and I’m not disappointed! Lots of the stickers are paper based with translucent edges so that you don’t get a harsh line from where the picture in the sticker ends, so I love that! The same paper based stickers are also able to be peeled off if you need to, I stuck one in the wrong place so I peeled it off and repositioned it and it didn’t lose its stickiness at all! I’m placing another order in a few days because I’m truely impressed :)

This review is about the sticky notes. They are absolutely darling but are terrible at sticking. It's a bummer.
