Total scam I ordered something 5 weeks ago and it hasn't arrived. Maybe it comes faster if you live in Asia. Do not order from here if you live in the US. The tracking is basically, "the Hong Kong post handed this package off to your mail carrier." Yeah, they did that last month! I can't track it any further no idea where it is, if its coming or anything. Will update if its easy to get a refund.

I wish I could give a minus 5 stars. What a scam shop! It's been over a month and I still haven't got my order. Reaching out to the customer service gained nothing, as they sent me back exactly the same automated reply over and over again. The tracking info hasn't been updated for over a month and it shows that the package never even left China. I've ordered from different countries during the covid and all the packages have arrived, so it's not the post office fault, it's this shop, which will steal your money and won't give you anything. Bye bye $30.... I hope people read the reviews before shopping there, I'm not the only one who's been scammed by them.

Order At kawaii for the first time. And well I’ve been waiting and waiting. And my local post office have confirmed that the package that I’m waiting for hasn’t even hit our border. I’m well aware of Covid 19. But Damn So I reached out AGAIN to kawaii writing a email where it was clear that I was unsatisfied and they respond with a copy paste email. Got the same email last time I wrote. Super bummed out.

Never received my order. I was tracking my order and I saw that it was returned to sender due to an incorrect address. I checked the address that I put on the website and it is correct. My order was placed on August, 2019 and I reached out to the company to try to solve this problem on October, 2019. After several e-mails telling me I to wait for them to receive my package back (the tracking number is not even working anymore) they now tell me I can ONLY receive my money back IF they receive the package. After nine months I still haven't received the products I ordered nor my money back and I don't think they care.
