This helped me in so many ways. The pain I feel daily is barely there. My energy level is best I have had in years. The fall back is depression. I cry everyday and can't seem to get passed my childhood trauma. The medicine has done all it can do for me. I am thankful for this program. Just be honest with your expectations.

I was going through an extremely difficult time, and slowly started seeing and feeling improvements after taking low-dose ketamine. I’m finally at a point where things feel good again, and I truly believe a large part of that was my experience with Joyous!

Tried to cancel less than a week after my last payment, they said I have to wait until I'm billed again. Pretty far from their stated "no commitment", "cancel any time" language on their website. It's especially unfortunate because I had just wanted to cancel for a few months due to a financial issue that popped up and had planned to come back. Now I can't trust them.

This service exploits those battling depression. I completed two months of treatment and then messaged to have my account cancelled. This was directly within the text messaging system which serves as the main form of communication. I was hospitalized and had no ability to see these recurring charges until discharge. Three months later and I was still being charged – equating to three billing cycles worth of charges with no appointments or medications during this time. Beware of this company. They refuse to refund the three months. Until this experience is turned around I feel it is very important for this review to serve as a reminder, a reminder to those who are already in a particularly vulnerable position in their lives. Just to reiterate, an exploitative subscription service against those suffering from depression. Is this a company you'd want to place your treatment trust in? As I continue dealing with Joyous regarding this refund, I will continue updating this review and rating with progress updates – whether they be good or bad. Let's see if this is a company that truly stands by their customers battling depression or hide behind "policies" that are in place to further exploit patients.

Started Joyous low dose ketamine and immediately got results. Have tried IV Ket infusions three times but the low dose was much more pleasant than the high dose. Using a VR headset plus meditation app is the best way to go! Thank you Joyous for giving me my joy back!!!

I have tried a lot of different things for my depression and anxiety. I switched 7-8 different medications and they had side effects that would worsen my mental health at times which made it difficult to get out of depression I tried IV ketamine therapy initially and it was great but it is too inconvenient and too expensive. The experience is great but going to the clinic and having to ride back home with extreme nausea is not fun. It helped my mental health but I couldn’t afford it. I tried out Joyous ketamine and stuck with it for more than a year. During that time, my mental health got a lot better without having to go through all the inconveniences or the expenses of other ketamine treatments. During this whole time, my psychiatrist was aware that I was on Joyous and I was still taking and adjusting my other mental health medications prescribed by the doctor. That is also what makes it more convenient is that you can try out Joyous in addition to other ongoing or future treatments

Good god! These guys text me 3-6 times a day at all hours, as early as 6am and as late as ~10:30pm. It’s just non-stop. Some of the text messages were to remind me to take my daily survey hours after I had already completed it. I tried to use chat support but all that does is direct you to call a number. When you call the number, they tell you they don’t do phone support and tell you to email an address. You email an address and they tell you to open a ticket and give a link…. When I opened a ticket, their responses about the extreme text messages were clearly generic responses and they were not listening to what I was saying at all. Several rounds of that and they just stopped replying all together. I’ve repeatedly asked them to call me and they won’t. As someone that used to manage a 200+ person call center, this is the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I have no issue with the NP that’s been prescribing but the company does not have it’s act together and is extremely unprofessional.
