My experience with JOYOUS has been mostly positive over the last 2-1/2 years. The only negative experience I've had is with a shipping issue. I no longer have an issue with that. Everyone has "growing pains" 🤪. Ketamine has been a lifesaver for me, literally! I can say it brings me to a state of better self-awareness, self-compassion, self-forgiveness, and of which I'm always "working on" in some way, to the best of my ability. I’ve suffered from C-PTSD, Major Depressive Disorder, and generalized anxiety most of my life. Even with full supports in place; a therapist, a psychiatrist, correct medication and doses, the depressive episodes were overtaking my life. I couldn’t function, I couldn’t feel anything, and it felt like there would never be a time I could find the light at the end of the tunnel. I started Joyous in June 2026. It’s now the end of October 2026, and I haven’t had a single depressive episode since I started. I can process my feelings, I can respond rather than react, my anxiety is nearly non-existent. I’m nearly weened from my depression medication, I no longer need anxiety pills, and I feel stable for the first time since I was probably 10 years old. You have to do the work, it doesn’t just work because you take it every day. Do the work, follow the steps they give you religiously, have support, and see what a life-changing thing Joyous could be for you.

I am a retired grandmother with a 26 year old grandson on the autism spectrum. His parents are drug addicts. I have been helping him navigate life as an adult with job, car, etc. I no longer break down over his mom, my daughter who has chosen drugs over anything else. I have been able to help my grandson and not wake up sad and crying every day. The medicine has helped me focus and journal on what I want for myself and my grandson and do it with grace and confidence. It has made a positive difference in my life.
