The team is great. The medicine worked very well. No bad experience. The medication can feel strange at first, especially if you're nervous. Push through. You'll be okay! I highly recommend Joyous. They are much more affordable compared to their competitors. The medication helped with my depression and anxiety. I'm feeling much better.

This medication was effective and helpful. I was able to gain clarity, empathy and understanding around my mental health challenges I was having while increasing my self-worth and self-love.

I appreciated using ketamine in the privacy of my home. It helped me heal. I no longer feel the anxiety and depression I had before starting. I still use a small dose of antdepressant. I recommended to others with depression.

First appointment was great. Then when my order was delivered in great condition I started out low and increased daily until my second appointment with my provider for a refill and new dose was prescribed. I recommend everyone to sign up. I used to have horrible migraine and since starting Joyous I’ve had 2! And my anxiety and depression have improved. If you’re on the fence about trying Joyous try it!

My joyous experience was wonderful from start to finish. Immediate responses to texts, easy scheduling, nice provider, great communication.

Poorly organized and untrustworthy. Absolutely NOT a good option for people with severe Major Depressive Disorder. The right hand didn't know what the left was doing. I asked to be canceled and left alone. They struggled with reading comprehension on the "left alone" part. Struggled is too gentle of a description. They failed in wildly, gloriously spectacular fashion. I was told that I couldn't be discharged as a patient until I saw my provider. That was a lie. I have the receipt. I was told they couldn't move forward with any cancelation until I clinked the link and filled out the offloading form. That was a lie. I have the receipt. By reading through several pages of reviews, it seems these lies - or at least the second one - is habitual. My advice to all with mental health difficulties: be your own advocate and your "no" needs to have the teeth of a pitbull. When a company that's supposed to be a mental health care provider begins to actively harm your mental health, no. Disorganization, asinine protocols, and apparently a heavy, heavy appetite to keep getting that monthly scratch. My first paragraph sums it up. Their robotic response below is telling. I had email communication with the CARE TEAM LEADER last night. They fully know the details of my situation on their end. I'll have no further communication with dishonest people. If TrustPilot would like to see the receipts to mark my review as genuine, sure. Gladly.

Great overall experience. Treatment has drastically improved my life and I look forward to working with Joyous in the future of needed.

The slow increases titrating up to a therapeutic dose. Was able to meditate and start sleeping better. The past month has shown great improvement in sleep. The interruption from my broken leg was not good. I did not take while on oxycodone post surgery, but once I resumed I could really see how much improvement I had. My GAD causes me to have a compulsion to pick my skin. All my sores are completely healed.
