It's time to quit this drug-centered…
It's time to quit this drug-centered therapy... I do not want to continue, I believe it may be doing more harm than good. Please don't make this cancellation complicated, I have my reasons for termination, more complicated than I am able, nor do I think it is necessary to try to communicate to you.

They make it extremely difficult to…
They make it extremely difficult to speak to someone if you need to within 48 hours and very confusing where to go for help. It’s been one week since I requested to talk to a person. You get charged monthly regardless if you speak to someone or not. I don’t feel supported. I feel like I’m on any other quick subscription service that’s impossible to stop.

Really lame and annoying business…
Really lame and annoying business model. Hate the AI powered daily outreach. Would not recommend this company whatsoever. If you cancel your service, they will keep your previous 1-2 payments without even sending you the medication. Couldn’t have had a worse experience honestly. Don’t use this service.

Hi Jake, we're so sorry to hear about this negative experience. Our treatment is a monthly subscription charged on the same day monthly, unless a patient requests to pause their subscription or cancel it. The monthly charges aren't based on medication that's sent out, as it's an all-inclusive medical subscription including provider appointments, medication as-needed, access to our Care and Nurse teams, and access to the courses and resources on the Be Joyous portal. Patients can always request to cancel or pause by texting or emailing the Care Team and submitting the offboarding form to let their provider know. This company has the worst customer…
This company has the worst customer service and make it impossible to cancel subscription. I have contacted them numerous times to cancel my subscription. Then they tell you that they have to charge you one more time before they can finalize your paperwork. What paperwork is there? I have tried multiple times to cancel my membership with only responders going back and forth with reason why they cannot cancel it. I had to cancel my credit card and get a new one so they wouldn’t charge me. They have the worse business ethics. Beware!

We truly hold ourselves to high ethical standards and ensure the cancelation process is clear on our website, terms of service, and shared by our Care Team directly when requested. We're looking into your specific situation and will reach out directly if we haven't already. When a patient requests to cancel, they just need to submit the offboarding form so their medical provider is aware that they are stopping treatment and to provide recommendations for care when transitioning off a medication. Patients can cancel at any time, but due to DEA federal regulations, if a refill has already been sent out to the patient, we are required to charge for that medication (because it is a controlled substance). Joyous disappointment 😞
I never leave reviews, but people need to know. I ran out of ketamine Monday, and shipping says it won't be here until Saturday. Unless you want to get screwed and be without it for days, don't join this program!! It's not fun running out just as soon as your body gets used to it and it starts helping! One can't even talk to a real person, just text or email so no one is there to resolve the issue.

I suffered for so many years with PTSD
I suffered for so many years with PTSD. I was kidnapped off the street in my teens and have never been able to work work through the high anxiety. It all came to a head when I had a partial knee replacement 12/23 and it went wrong in every way. I talked to my doctor and she recommended I see a psychiatrist. I’ve been through therapy and it’s very difficult to just talk your way out of the depression and anxiety I experienced . And the I saw an ad on Facebook and thought even though the expense was something I really could not afford, I knew I had to try it so I found a way . It is the best decision for me. It actually helped me see my life in a completely different perspective and I have never felt better. I am so grateful to Joyous and the support I receive throughout the program, I am an advocate and recommend to anyone. I know that is struggling with depression or high anxiety. Thank you for everything.
