It never fails that when you have a vulnerable group in society, there will be someone waiting to make a profit. I can describe my experience as a complete nightmare. First of all they don't care enough to speak with you over the phone, everything is automated through AI. Secondly when they make a mistake they never take accountability or responsibility. They mailed my medication to the wrong address which is a serious legal issue. They continue to do so. There are so many better companies out there than these callous vultures.
