Do not waste your time not money with these people. The torches are never delivered on time, the dosage is extremely inconsistent and when they are delivered most of the time they are melted. To try to get help I’d rather fight a gorilla in a steel cage. Terrible service, terrible product, just very bad experience all the way around. Also, the last month I was with them they never sent my meds, never reached out back to me and stole $130.00 dollars. Piss pour company.

I was a client for several months and during a follow up appointment the provider asked me to get a medical clearance from my Kaiser medical doctor. I sent the clearance to my doctor and didn't receive it back. Joyous sent me a termination letter for my service. A couple of months later, I asked the office if I could continue treatment and they said "okay", just click on this link for an appointment. The new provider at the appoinment made it sound like a booked the wrong appointment for a continuing patient when I am new, and they already discharged me for being difficult for not returning the letter. I asked if I could get another copy to send to Kaiser and she said she would check. The next day, I get a text saying I was already discharged and don't want me back.
