Pomegranate charged me $75 for a "doctor health review". I never received this health review and received no further contact from Pomegranate, despite repeated emails.

You can’t beat the prices and the swift delivery. Ordered meds twice and I am SOLD! Why are they not as popular as the rest?

I have received incredible experience using Pomegranate Health. My customer service representative, Josefa, has been an integral part of my positive experience. They're quick to respond and have helped with any issues I've encountered. Medications arrive quickly and the process feels seamless.

I’m giving a 1 star because the process to get the meds was quick. However I’m currently on week 2 and my hunger is back with a vengeance. I was on life RX 2.5 at 15mg and I lost 16 pounds in 5 weeks. I’m currently on week 2 of Pom at 4.5 40mg and I’m gaining weight, My hair is falling out and I’m getting huge red itchy whelps at the injection site. I’m only injecting 15mg as the dosage is a lot higher and I wanted to give my body time before increasing. Well during the first week all my hunger came back instantly. I’m eating more then before. So when I started week 2 I decided to inject 30mg. That did not do anything. I’m convinced this is full of anything but Tirzepatide. I was trying ti be frugal by switching but I obviously screwed myself because my 3 week supply is going in the trash. Thanks Pom for making me throw away almost $400 on trash. As a single mom of 4 kids and 2 jobs, I don’t have the time to work out and I damn sure cat afford to throw away my money. Do your self a favor and don’t waste your money on POMEGRANATE.

Compounded Tirzepatide arrived warm. Agent on phone said it should not have exceeded room temperature. But it was 80° outside. Rep acknowledged the medication should not have arrived this way, but said there was nothing she could do. I demanded to speak with the pharmacist. Never got a call back from the pharmacist.

They do not make anything right if something goes wrong. They'll blame you. If you've ever had any other compounded tirz not from bpi, bpi will feel like injecting water. I bought 3 months worth after being on lumi meds mfv tirz+b12 and the bpi is a waste of money and I even titrated up. I'm probably going to just throw it away. They also didn't titrate me for the 3 months even though I chose titration. And they just blamed me even though they don't even show you your prescribed dosage until after its already shipped. It's the cheapest for a reason. Still a waste of money.
