Do Not Buy: Dangerous Defects, Hidden Damage, and Avoidant Support
am writing this review to warn other buyers because iSinwheel sold me a defective, dangerous scooter and has refused to properly resolve the issue. • Severe Safety Hazards: The scooter arrived late with fabricated location excuses. Upon assembly, I discovered exposed electrical wiring and a defective seat. • Hidden Mechanical Defects: The scooter shook terribly from the start. Their support team completely ignored my inquiries about missing front-wheel spacers, but I later learned from a local repair shop and another scooter company that the shaking was due to missing spacers—which are not even mentioned in the manual. • Avoidant and Unprofessional Support: iSinwheel communicated through personal emails (violating Amazon's policies) and slow-walked the return/exchange process until the 60-day dispute window expired. • Aggravated Damage & High Repair Costs: Their customer service instructed me to keep riding the scooter without the spacers, which caused further damage to the front wheel and brakes. The Current Situation: Because of their negligence and bad advice, the scooter is now unsafe to ride and too expensive to repair. The $400 partial refund they offered does not even cover the cost of the damages. I was sold an unsafe, defective machine and they have refused to honor their warranty and exchange policies. I demand a full refund or a brand-new, functioning scooter to make this right.
