I have purchased 2 scooters from this company. The scooter quality overall is very good. Any type of post sale service is horrible. My daughters scooter needs a new throttle. I have been trying to get a replacement part since APRIL - it's now mid-June. Difficult to get on the phone. Email replies are very few and far between. All that I know is that my daughter still cannot ride her scooter and I do not seem to be making any progress.

I'M GLAD I READ THESE REVIEWS...AS I DO…
I'M GLAD I READ THESE REVIEWS...AS I DO WITH ANY PRODUCT OR BUSINESS BEFORE INITIATING A PURCHASE!
THIS COMPANY IS EITHER KNOWINGLY SELLING DANGEROUS, DEFECTIVE NEW ITEMS OR THEY'RE TRYING TO PASS OFF DANGEROUS, DEFECTIVE REFURBISHED ITEMS AS NEW! EITHER WAY... IT'S FRAUD AND DECEPTION!
TIME FOR A MAJOR LAWSUIT TO WAKE UP THE THIEVES!

Extremely disappointing
Extremely disappointed with how this safety issue was handled.
I purchased the ISINWHEEL V10 on April 22, 2026, and after only about a month and a half of normal recreational riding, the board began making loud creaking noises whenever ridden.
At first we thought it was the trucks, but after removing them to inspect the source, we discovered the deck itself is physically separating and delaminating internally. Multiple layers of the board are visibly pulling apart around mounting areas and along the edges.
This is NOT cosmetic paint chipping like customer support claimed in their response. The updated photos clearly show structural layer separation within the deck itself.
What makes this even more concerning is that this board is marketed as “off-road capable,” yet it developed serious separation issues under completely normal riding conditions with no crashes, abuse, or modifications.
Customer support’s solution?
“Apply glue” and they offered a $10 compensation.
That response honestly shocked me considering this appears to be a potential safety issue on a board people ride at high speeds.
What’s even more concerning is that after researching further, I discovered other riders reporting similar deck separation/delamination issues as well.
We genuinely liked the board before this happened, which makes this even more frustrating. I wanted to support the brand and recommend it to others in the e-skate community, but safety and customer support matter too.
Buyers should absolutely inspect their decks closely for creaking, flexing, or layer separation — especially near the truck mounting points.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD
Absolutely terrible experience with isinwheel from start to finish.
We purchased a $1,544.35 electric dirt bike for our son, and after only about ONE MONTH of actual use, the bike completely failed while he was riding to baseball practice. The motor still engaged, but the internal gears shredded apart. My son weighs around 100 pounds — well under the advertised weight limit — and the bike was used under completely normal conditions.
Here’s where it gets worse: the customer service and “warranty” process has been an absolute nightmare.
Over the course of 11+ emails, the company:
Admitted multiple times this was a warranty-covered defect
Promised replacement parts and emergency shipment approvals
Claimed management authorized solutions
Then repeatedly walked those promises back
Continuously pushed partial refund offers instead of honoring the warranty
Every single response was another excuse:
“No parts available.”
“Inventory shortage.”
“Outside the 30-day return window.”
“Find your own repair shop.”
“Pay to ship it yourself.”
“Take a partial refund and keep the broken bike.”
The most frustrating part? They KEEP referencing their 30-day return policy even though this is NOT a buyer’s remorse return — it’s a WARRANTY CLAIM for a defective product they themselves acknowledged failed under normal use.
Their “warranty support” appears to be nothing more than endless scripted responses designed to wear customers down until they give up.
If you buy from this company, understand this clearly:
If your bike breaks, you may be completely on your own.
I have now filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and consumer protection agencies because this entire experience has been beyond unacceptable.
Save yourself the stress, wasted money, and endless corporate runaround. Buy from a company that actually stands behind its products.

After only 90 miles on my skateboard…
After only 90 miles on my skateboard while living in Montana and only getting to use is 3 months the skateboard shorted out WHILE UNDER WARRANTY. I called iniswheel customer service and the only resolution was for me to take it apart and test the skateboard. The customer service kept giving me the run around until a few days AFTER the warranty expired then basically told me to kick rocks. Horrible customer service and fraudulent company.

Warranty fraud
This company discontinued parts for a bike I purchased that is still under warranty. The bike is now useless and the company refuses to issue any refund.
All of those things were submitted to your customer service team. At one point I was offered a partial refund but then it changed to small discount for a new purchase.
Your company has terrible customer service and does not honor your products and warranty.
Response from isinwheel-USAMay 19, 2026
Dear Customer,
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns. We truly understand your frustration regarding the discontinued parts for your bike, which is still under warranty, and the fact that it has become unusable as a result.
Regarding the issue you raised about "warranty fraud," we would like to respectfully clarify the following:
Our warranty policy typically covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use. However, it does not guarantee that all parts will remain in production or available in stock for the entire warranty period.
For discontinued parts, our standard practice is to offer reasonable alternatives, compatible upgrades, or fair compensatory options—not to simply refuse assistance.
If you believe that our handling of your case has violated the terms of your warranty, we kindly ask you to provide your proof of purchase, the warranty terms you received at the time of purchase, and any records of your communications with us. We will then review your case thoroughly and work toward a fair resolution, which may include a partial refund, a replacement offer, or other appropriate compensation.
To help resolve this matter as quickly as possible, please contact us directly via email at [email protected]. A dedicated representative will be assigned to your case, and we will make every effort to provide you with a clear and fair response within 7 business days.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced. It is never our intention to avoid warranty obligations by discontinuing parts. We value your feedback and hope to restore your trust through open and constructive communication.
Sincerely,
isinwheel Customer Service Team

I’ve bought a scooter h7pro
I’ve bought a scooter h7pro, from a store in Kissimmee- fl and after 40 days my son is using it the scooter is giving some frustrating experience, the tire is loosing pressure, is hard to turn it on with the key fob, is beeping nonstop stop and the screen glitching and stops working after that, it starts work again and everything happens. My son came pushing from school a few times over the last week.
The store where I bought told me they give a 30 day warranty and the factory costumer service says that the store is responsible for it even tough they say it’s only a 30 day. What about the factory one year warranty? It’s really disappointing and frustrating, it’s a $1000+ scooter!
