UPDATED REVIEW - FINAL
UPDATED: 7/27/26 - FINAL UPDATE: After posting my review here, I was contacted by a very nice lady, "Lilly". We spoke on the phone several times and I explained the situation, the support I had received thus far and ultimately, the reason I chose to try "Isinwheel". I was really looking forward to the connectivity provided by the App and Bluetooth. These functions came at a premium compared to the other models I was exploring. Unfortunately, the e-scooter I received did not support these functions despite the website stating it did when I placed my order. Lilly listened to my situation, the support that was initially provided, and seemed sincere in her understanding and empathy. After our discussion, Lilly went to her leadership, and came back to the table with a refund offer that brought the cost of the Isinwheel e-scooter in line with the other e-scooters that did not have this connectivity. So, I was at least happy that I didn't feel like I spent extra money for functions that weren't present. I really appreciate Lilly's understanding and willingness to try and make things right. THANK YOU Lilly! I've upgraded from 1 to 3 stars because of the final results and what Lilly was able to make happen. They asked me to remove my review, but I couldn't in good conscience do that. While they ended up making things right after I posted this review, I spent countless hours engaged with their support as detailed in my review below and it was very frustrating...I shouldn't have had to post a review here to get a positive experience. The Isinwheel e-scooter, even without the connectivity features, is a really cool e-scooter. But when I placed my order on their website, it was for the advertised e-scooter, which I did not get. ********************** ORIGINAL REVIEW: Horrible customer service, if you can even call it that. I purchased a brand new H7 Pro off of their website almost 2 months ago. I was excited to receive this new model with all the upgrades including bluetooth, cruise control, LED aura lights, new NFC locking system, upgraded control buttons, etc. etc. I received a "frankenstein" bike. It had a bunch of old very dated hardware installed on the H7 Pro frame. It was missing ALL of these upgrades, basically a completely different bike than what was listed. The bluetooth module does not work and will not connect. I've tried ALL troubleshooting steps listed on the web. I contacted Isinwheel support... WOW, worst support ever. First, took them over 2 weeks to respond. I finally filled out an online support form on their website and got a response a few days later.. I was shocked. Then the pictures and videos started... it was like they couldn't figure out what hardware I had on my bike, they NEVER provided any actual troubleshooting steps. Just asked for pictures of this, or that, and a video of it not pairing with my phone... after 2 weeks of this back and forth, it was like I started over... they started asking me to take pictures of the same things I've already taken pictures of... I sent them the 30+ pictures I had already taken and all of the email exchanges... they came back with more requests for pictures and videos... after another week of this, they asked me to video the device not pairing again... they had not provided me any troubleshooting steps or fixes to change the fact that it wasn't working... as of today, it is still not working, I have a frankenstein bike and will NEVER do business with these crooks again. I've already filed a complaint with my credit card company as well. 7/20/26 EDIT: I believe this review may have caused them to call me... they offered me a $100 refund or parts to replace/fix my issue. Asked me to email them to get this going. I did just that, explained the phone call and offer that was made and "approved by management". I'd prefer to get the scooter working as advertised, vs. getting $100 back... Their follow-up email was to ask AGAIN for me to provide a video capturing the failed pairing that I had already captured and provided twice... no acknowledgement of the phone call or anything. No additional "have you tried this or that". In the entire time I've been trying to get support, they haven't once provided me with troubleshooting steps that applies to my scooter... every troubleshooting step I've tried has been what I've found online. I'm a technical engineer, so I'm not new to troubleshooting these types of things... 7/20/26 EDIT: I just received the below directly from Isinwheel: "After reviewing the information, we'd like to let you know that this version of the H7 Pro does not support the mobile app, so it cannot be connected or controlled through an application." I ordered this e-scooter directly off their website that clearly advertises the application, Bluetooth connection, etc.
