I ordered the H7 Pro scooter. As the order was in transit, the place I planned to store it wasn't available anymore. So after it arrived I contacted customer service. (Sending an email through the Isinwheel website is the best way to get through to them immediately.) I informed them I unfortunately needed to return the scooter as I now have no place to store it. I also sent photos showing the unopened box. They responded quickly and professionally. They actually came up with other options instead of returning it, saving me the shipping and restocking costs for myself and the restocking hassle for them. Everything worked out really well. I would for sure do businesses with them again.

I ran into problems as soon as I received my bike: the rear brakes were squeaking and the seat wasn't stable. Because of this, my initial intention was actually to return the bike. But from my very first message, Isinwheel's technical support team changed everything. They respond within just a few hours, and offer concrete solutions to try one after another until the issue is resolved. Even when a request had to be escalated to another team (a process that can take up to 48 hours), they still took the time to write to me within the first 24 hours to confirm that my request hadn't been forgotten and that they were waiting on a response from that team. That kind of attention makes all the difference. They sent me the replacement parts needed to fix the brake issue. Since I didn't feel comfortable doing the installation myself, I had a professional handle it, and Isinwheel reimbursed the cost within just a few hours after I submitted my receipt. As for the bike itself, it's really a very good bike. I've already ridden 370 kilometers on it, and I have absolutely nothing to fault it for, it's excellent. The result: I went from wanting to return the bike on day one to now having a bike that's in perfect condition, no more squeaking, a stable seat, and I'm a fully satisfied customer. This is honestly the best technical support I've ever experienced. I recommend this company without the slightest hesitation!

My grandson’s S10 MAX scooter had an E15 error code, which according to the manual was a brake issue and to contact support for assistance. I contacted them and they were exceptional. They understood my issue and were very responsive and provided clear and concise instructions on how to troubleshoot the error code. They then assisted me with ordering the correct replacement part. They also assisted with providing step by step written instructions to install the new brake lever, as well as two videos that provided clear and complete visual assistance that was very helpful. Customer Support was prompt and timely in their responses. They understood my problem and issues and clearly communicated with me in each step of the process. They were very patient and respectful. They provided the best text technical support I have ever experienced. It was quite obvious that They Cared! It was not simple, but I was successful due to the wonderful support that isinWheel provided. Thank you isinWheel Customer Support!

My motor went out on my board and I was convinced it was the speed controller, and I was starting to get frustrated and after jumping through the hoops and following their policy on repair and warranty, the second motor worked beautifully and also convinced me that their technicians know exactly what they’re doing and that just a little bit of patience and following their warranty procedure and policy goes a long way. I feel a little bit ashamed for how I acted in some of my emails, but I am very pleased with their service and patience and regard for my situation getting to work and with their efficiency on resolving my broken motor. I just need to learn a little bit more patience and regard for their experience and their well built isinwheel V10 electric skateboard. Thank you isinwheel and Godspeed 🫶🏻
