Over all really good and satisfying service

I recently purchased an e-bike, and while there was an initial issue with undisclosed shipping fees, I am pleased with how the company handled it. After escalating the concern, they were professional and processed a $100 refund. I appreciate their willingness to resolve the problem and provide good customer support.

It handles pretty well

I had high hopes for my new bike from Ishwheel, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. I wasn’t satisfied with the product. I asked for an exchange, but was told it was no longer possible. That said, their customer service team was responsive and tried to help me find a solution, even if it wasn’t exactly what I wanted. I appreciate their effort to support me and help me keep the bike in usable condition, not comfortable and safety.

I got a faulty scooter when it first arrived. The scooter kept showing me error 16 even when i was using it on smooth surfaces. Luckily the support listen to my complain and send me a motor wheel replacement

Company offered to send a free replacement to help solve my issue.

I ordered 4 scooters for the family in April 2025 from isinwheel. 2 S10 Pros, 1 S10 Max, 1 GT2. The S10's have been flawless and bang for the buck, ride, fit and finish wise I would have bought 4 S10 Maxes. Great scooter. I had issues with the GT2 from the first ride. While I had to jump through some hoops, be persistent, and be patient on the timing of responses isinwheel did stay with me through the entire process. I did have to purchase one of the replaced modules out of pocket but that was my choice as I was wanting to be a little more pro-active from the start. That did not fix the scooter and isinwheel after sending them different feedback did send me a new display (their thought to remedy) and the "lucky smart" module at my request while I had the scooter open just to eliminate all potential modules. They sent me both of those free of charge and have offered a free helmet or scooter lock for my troubles. It's been frustrating but products are not always perfect and I appreciate that they stuck with me. They responded to 100% of my service inquires and I didn't have to threaten...they did expect me to work through troubleshooting which was a pain but in the end I have a working scooter and they have held up their end of service. I would purchase again as 3 of the 4 scooters have been flawless and they stuck with me to get the 4th working. It wasn't a perfect experience but those are few and far between these days in any industry.

I love my raptor pro but unfortunately I had to send it back due to damage on arrival. Everything on it is prefect, talk to customer support and they r currently working on getting my replacement, I’m patient just ready to ride again knowing I ant gotta worry about lights. Customer support been extremely helpful
