I am very happy with isinwheel’s customer service. I had an issue with my GT2 Pro scooter, and their support team stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process. They helped me troubleshoot the problem and sent me the replacement parts I needed. After installing the final part, I tested the scooter at the park and it is now working very well. I really appreciate their patience, communication, and willingness to help until the problem was resolved. Thank you to the isinwheel team for taking care of me as a customer. I definitely recommend them!

Yeah I purchased a h7 pro from isinwheel about 4 months ago.it's been the best purchased that I have made for a long time! That goes across the board! The quality of the scooter itself top tier! customer service is excellent! like I said everything across the board is excellent! if you are dealing with this company (ISINWHEEL) you know that you are dealing with quality and a company that truly cares for their customers. I could go on and on. I will be purchasing a second scooter here in a couple months...and probably another one after that... this is the only company that I will ever deal with as far as bikes & scooters & ELECTRIC SKATEBOARDS.

We purchased 2 Isinwheel Nova Pro's in January 2026. Scooter stops working Error code E14 shows up. I emailed Isinwheel about it and they emailed me back and said that the 1 year warranty is no good for that error code, that it expired with the 6 month warranty. They said additionally that they do not have the part in stock and are not sure when it will be back in stock. Wow!! What?

They are a legit scooter website. Fast response and fast shipping . Scooter is stable , beginner friendly . Easy to start with . I love my first electric scooter

This is one of the Best Companies I have worked done business with. I purchased an ISINWHEEL H7 Pro Electric Scooter from this company. The Scooter arrived via FEDEX and upon opening the package there were several problems. The Headlight was smashed, there was supposed to be a Tire Pump and Extra Inner Tube in the package. Upon contacting ISINWHEEL, they went above and beyond the call to make everything right! I am very happy with Maria, who made everything right and is replacing the Damaged and Missing Parts. There are very companies these days that would have been so accomodating to make things right! Thank You Maria and ISINWHEEL! Jeffrey Torsrud

If you happen to purchase a hyper X isinwheel you should take very good care of it and make sure that nothing happens to the tires. They will no longer make these tires so if a tire breaks becomes missing or anything happens to it your hyper X is worthless you paid all that money for a hyper X that you can’t use because the company will no longer honor their products and sell parts so you can fix it. It is only two years old and parts are no longer available. It is the most worthless company I’ve ever dealt with in my entire 54 years. Do not buy anything from this company or you will be ripped off.
