Although we neglected to apply an additional discount at time of checkout, we contacted Isinwheel and they agreed to provide equivalent discount value with an accessory we were interested in purchasing. Thanks for everything

A part isinwheel sent me was lost in customs and isinwheel. They have gone out of three way in getting this part to me and it's coming express. One of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time.

Realized we had a defective pedal upon assembly of our new ebikes. After reaching out and going through some basic troubleshooting the isinwheel team was prompt to respond and quick to send out the replacement part. Great service!

I got a faulty scooter when it first arrived. The scooter kept showing me error 16 even when i was using it on smooth surfaces. Luckily the support listen to my complain and send me a motor wheel replacement

I typically don’t write reviews, but I feel it’s important to warn others about my experience. My son’s Isinwheel electric scooter, which was just over a year old, suddenly stopped working mid-ride. Thankfully, he was on a side street and didn’t get seriously injured, but the situation could have been much worse. When we reached out to the company, their response was underwhelming. They offered to send a replacement battery, but it’s been several weeks and we still haven’t received it. They didn’t offer any replacement scooter or any meaningful support to stand by their product. I urge potential buyers to consider this before making a purchase. This experience has been frustrating and could have ended much more dangerously.
