The customer service for isinwheels is absolutely phenomenal!!! They were extremely helpful with getting me new replacement keys for my U5. They reply back to you faster then and other customer service I dealt with in the past, the people working in isinwheels customer service are truly some unspoken heros

I'm only giving one star cuz I can't give zero. Between a tubeless tire that doesn't hold air and the customer service that doesn't answer the phone or help in any way and the fact that the scooter has broken twice in less than a year I think my recommendation is pretty clear... stay away

I bought the isinwheel S Nova Pro and it doesn’t work at all. It doesn’t even turn on. It was a complete waste of money. I’ve been trying to address the problem with Isinwheel customer service—but they are not helpful or responsive. Please be aware that you should buy a scooter from a reputable, reliable company—which this company is NOT

Great scooter so far. Can handle big bumps, and feels very solid. Reasonable price.

I bought the Ucity Electric Cruiser bike for my wife for her birthday. She absolutely loves everything about this bike -- especially the fact that it came in Mist Purple (I guessed right -- yaaay me)! Very easy to understand instructions, and love that it came with a charger and a bike pump. Highly recommend Isinwheel to anyone wanting a good quality, affordable option for an ebike.

GOODNESS, let’s talk troubleshooting hi I am no bike mechanic nor do I mess around with anything that’s gonna blow up in front of my face lolz! They had me multimetering, videoing, & doing it wrong all in all! Lolz nobody to blame but user error, & after getting frustrated and take everything out of proportion in the meanwhile ISINWHEELS CS department is calm collect & helping me through it all no matter what! That’s what you call customer SERVICE! & that’s why I have found a new found RESPECT & Trust with Isinwheel & there product! I appreciate them for replacing my product& understanding my frustrations, it’s a mode of transport for me being that I don’t drive anymore ( smashed 6 vehicles) so I really enjoy my e board, and as I’ve said before I’d purchase me a brand new even if I had too and Thankyou folks at Isinwheel for supporting me and as well as tolerating me. I enjoy your awesome product, like I say people are always turning there heads when I’m rolling pass! So Thankyou folks, again! Great and awesome customer service. I recently received incorrect hardware specs from Customer Service, which caused my scooter to malfunction. Initially, the rep agreed to cover both the diagnostic fee and an additional $30 for the correct hardware, but only refunded the diagnostic fee. I was frustrated, especially since the email trail clearly showed that the issue was due to their error. However, after escalating my case to Tom, a quality control specialist, the situation took a remarkable turn. Following further investigation, an employee personally refunded the $30 difference out of pocket. I was blown away by this unexpected resolution. I'm giving this company full stars and would advise anyone with issues to persist in communicating with them. It's clear they value their customers and their reputation.
