It handles pretty well

I reached out to the company via email. Had a response within 24 hours. I was able to solve the issue without them. Overall their customer service is excellent. Great ebike.

I had high hopes for my new bike from Ishwheel, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. I wasn’t satisfied with the product. I asked for an exchange, but was told it was no longer possible. That said, their customer service team was responsive and tried to help me find a solution, even if it wasn’t exactly what I wanted. I appreciate their effort to support me and help me keep the bike in usable condition, not comfortable and safety.

My experience was nothing short of five stars I got my H7 pro it's in wheel scooter very quick it came with a nice box that had no dents it was very easy to put together although they did have a video that showed you exactly how to put it together the price was excellent and the product was built very good it was it actually exceeded my expectations very solid scooter their customer service is excellent there's not much more I can say it's just a wonderful experience they got great scooters and ebikes and all of their products are very good so I will be doing business with this and will in the future and I already tell all of my friends and family about them

I bought the U7 five months ago, and it has been smooth and a great companion for my daily rides. Recently, my charger stopped working by accident, and the customer service team replaced it with a new one. I really appreciate their quick support. I’m not worried about equipment issues because it comes with a 2-year warranty.

Great product. I have the h7pro and it’s been a positive experience.

I had an issue with the PDA sensor and the support was excellent, they got back to me with my first query within a day and has been super responsive each day, they are sending me a new controller for free as a replacement. Cant say enough about the amazing support
