My scooter came perfectly packaged and looked great. Easy setup and no issues.

Delivery was fast, bike is really nice and was easy to mount. Highly recommend.

The scooter has good shock spring if you encounter bumpy road, off road is also suitable. The scooter is very efficient and you can fold it easily and carry into your car.

First of all, I apologize for the delay. The last few weeks have been very busy. It was very easy to reach you because you have an email address on your website. Every time I have written to you, the response has been prompt and courteous. The explanations given were precise and clear. My file was well tracked and the spare parts were received quickly. My bikes are working well and I am happy.

Great e-skateboards I would recommend the v10 along with the customer service who will strive to help anyway they can ,though you might be talking to someone for a while don't give up, they're very persistent in helping and doing everything they can.

Customer support is very knowledgeable and helpful we were able to handle everything accurately and efficiently.

I would not hesitate for a moment to purchase a bike from this company! They have phenomenal customer service. We purchased 2 cargo bikes and drive them all over Florida, the compliments we get is unbelievable.. we would highly recommend these bikes! They are super comfortable to ride and the battery life is amazing! Great investment!😁
