Mostly synthetic hair and not remy! After 4 washes it started to tangle daily. I removed and boiled it and found hundreds of synthetic strands that had melted and curled in the process. Terrible cheap hair and this review won’t show up on their website.

I just wanted to start by saying how excited I was to try these extensions out. I’ve been a Luxy extension wearer for a long time and love their product. I bought the 24in chocolate brown from irresistible me, the darkest brown they have to offer. The pictures on the website look quite dark. I paid a little over $300 which is a good price because they had an offer going on if about 40% off and because I was a new customer I received an additional discount. My extensions arrive, as soon as I open the box I notice the seal is broken, the part of the container which when broken prohibits any kind of exchange or refund of any kind. I took the tester weft out and it was considerably lighter than expected. I reached out to the company who informed me nothing could be done due to the fact the seal was broken and that it was “extremely rare” for that to occur, couldn’t have been that rare because it definitely happened in my scenario and seems more like deceptive practice on behalf of the company to have to take any accountability for their product. Stuck with my extensions I pull out the remaining hair, dye my hair lighter to try and match it to go on and find MULTIPLE of my wefts had sewn in Colored STRING. 5 of my wefts had string in it of red, green & white. Another message is sent to their customer service, whom is horrid! Who advised me that in rare cases during manufacturing this happens and they advised me to just cut it out. Absolutely disgusting when paying hundreds of dollars for product. Their only compensation, $30 gift card towards another purchase. I won’t waste another penny towards this company.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The extensions were subpar and did not match my hair at all so I decided to do a return on a almost $400 order. Customer service named “Nicole” seemed helpful at first and responded quickly. I did the return on extensions that were sealed and un tampered and waited over a month for an email or some kind of update but I got nothing. I reached out to see what happened with my return/refund because usps was showing “moving through network” still and I did not receive a refund. Nicole from customer service responded by telling me that my return package arrived empty. I taped that package entirely so that it would NOT open easily so this was extremely strange and shady. Nicole also said, “ In this case I am afraid we cannot provide a refund for a product we did not have returned to us.” I did return it, though. So this really upsetting because had I known I would be robbed of my money when doing a return I would’ve just kept the extensions instead of having my money thrown down the drain for nothing! Lesson learned though never ordering from irresistible me again. If you do however feel the need to order from irresistible me please make sure you’re ordering the right thing because returns are a nightmare and you will NOT be reimbursed!

I love these extensions! No one had any idea they were extensions because they look so natural. They are a perfect match with my natural dark blonde. I’m obsessed with invisible clip-in extensions! Couldn’t be happier!

I love these extensions, they are perfect color match , make my think hair look full and easy to use and style, I washed them and them look fantastic I will buy these again I love them !!! Buy these you will love them and you won’t be disappointed, like I was with many other extensions!!!

Hair’s good only before the first wash. They come with empty tips, but are soft. After the first wash it is a disaster: hair gets tangled and is dry, and get break. Even after quality treatments, wraps with moisturizing masks, argan oil the situation remains the same. Really terrible quality. don't buy them, Chinese hair extensions are better.

These hair extensions are amazing. Super easy to put it. My girlfriend has very thin and fine hair and it wasnt a problem. Great customer service as well! We’ve ordered with Irresistible Me for years. We had an issue with one of the orders and it was handled immediately by their amazing customer support team.
