InogenReviews of inogen.com

Made my life so much easier when I go out of the house. Wonderful and easy to use. I’m so grateful a company like this exists.

I recently purchased my Inogen, but the reason I did is because my mom has been using one for 3-4 years, & we have learned that is the most convenient oxygen system. Customer service is great. It is easy to travel with. Other companies I’ve had experience with don’t come close to comparing with them.

I am very angry at your company as I have been trying to return this item as it not as the company says. I was told it would be 3 pounds and even with the smaller battery it’s still too heavy. It is misinformation. And their customers service is terrible.

I'm very pleased with my Inogen G4 and use it daily. My Inogen mobile phone app is helpful in checking battery charge, breaths per minute, etc. As a wheelchair user, I have not yet found an easy place on my chair to carry the device. I purchased the G4 backpack, but for now, I carry the G4 in front of me in vertical position, as I cannot reach to shut it down, or remove it, while it's hanging on the back of my chair.

New columns were sent out promptly after I ordered them.

I just spoke to a supervisor at Inogen who took my concerns regarding the delay of the delivery of my portable oxygen seriously. I was without oxygen after my concentrator broke for an entire week waiting on a replacement due to mistakes made by both Inogen’s staff and UPS. Inogen’s supervisor called me and apologized profusely and looked into the issues that led to the delay. UPS, however, after hours on the phone with them and several assurances that they understood that they were delivering essential medical equipment, didn’t even bother to put the concentrator on the driver’s truck.

The ease with which one can handle the portable compressor and the large compressor needs a better way to use connecter for the humidifier—otherwise no other complaints. The staff was amazing and helpful.

We were renting a home unit and a portable, well it was pretty heavy for my husband to carry. Your in home unit is lighter and quieter that our previous, also the portable is much lighter and quieter. He is much happier with the Inogen! And the process to purchase really was easy, I hardly had to do anything. Gave them all the doctors information, to get the prescription, and before we knew it, they called us to confirm which units we wanted and had them shipped very quickly. For 2seniors to think it was smooth and seamless, it was.
