Equipment works great especially since I was used to using a pulse flow. Able to extend time away from home by hours. They could do a better job in helping to adapt known/used pulse flow setting to Inogen pulse flow setting

Diana was professional and helped with all the questions and follow questions we had. Although the call in getting the app section of the experience was rather unhelpful. Still can't get anyone to help with doing up the machines app. Most of the call center people don't understand American English it is rather disappointing.

This is my 2nd portable made by Inogen My 1st lasted 7 years and I couldn't get anyone to try to repair it. These give you back your freedom in a way those o2 bottles can not. Because of my Inogen I can take 14 hour road trips and go off roading. These totally deserve 5 stars EXCEPT this model, someone decided a freaking HORN sound was the perfect alert sound. Literally ANY sound except a horn or siren would suffice. Sitting in traffic, o2 plugged in, car idles down HONK, you start going HONK... not amusing. -1 star for that awful design choice.

Although I’m extremely happy to have the freedom to get out with my portable concentrator, I am not happy with the batteries. When I first received my Inogen 6, the battery only lasted a little over four hours. I called and was sent a second battery. The second battery only last 4 1/2 hours. I feel like that is not exactly what I thought I was paying for now when I go out and not knowing exactly how long I’ll be, I carry the second battery as a back up. Also two weeks ago I charged both batteries up to 100%. Today when I’m getting ready to go out, both of them are down to less than 80%. I am not a happy camper.
