Needed our battery chargers back. They couldn't locate them. Said battery chargers are quite expensive. No cost given. 2 Chargers were sent @ and a charge of $344.00 Same 2 chargers on Amazon Prime are a total of about $50.00 What a ripoff!!!

I was so surprised when I received your call. How wonderful not having to drag those tanks, which I can barely lift. My bones are so week that I broke a bone in my feet , just by walking I have to be careful not to fall because I shatter l don’t just break. You’re a blessing to make my life so pleasant. Thank you and the team. Sincerely Ellen

Customer service & after purchase assistance is excellent. The battery life is much shorter than quoted. Quoted was 2:15 for the small battery. The best I can get is 1:45. This is sufficient for most of the time.
