Now they are not going to accept insurance (Medicare) it's all about the money. I thought Indogen was watching out for Medicare patients. Money Money!

The last equipment returned and received on 8/31 UPS trk # 1Z 28R 29A 26 9620 0956 Got a bill anyway, called them, submitted a message via website. They keep sending a bill. I am lowering my review from a 3 to a 1. This company is boing bad. Recently my wife's 2 5 year old systems needed replacing. They replaced her G3 with a G5, and the one they sent had several issues and had to be replaced within days. Her large AC unit for the house they sent, is louder than the old one (same model), runs hotter, and takes 5 or more minutes to indicate green. Even her old one went green in less than a minute or 2. Looks like their reconditioning process and quality assurance is poor.

I purchased this Rove 4 May 2025,Purchased directly from Inogen my wife has COPD stage 4 and is on an oxygen generator at home 24-7 we only used the Inogen 1-2 times a month when she goes to doctor, on 8/21/2026 we were at the Dr office for 5 min using the Inogen and the battery went from 100% down to 57% and then shut off mand my wife started having a panick attack , Dr put my wife on an oxy tank, I called Inogen's cust service on 8/24/2026 and talked to someone from a foreign country that I could understand half of what she said and she stated that the battery was bad and out of warranty and I could buy one for $618, WOW what a piece of junk Buyer beware

This has been the worst experience ever. My mom is unable to leave home because her portable concentrator has no oxygen output. Tried contacting customer care number and emailed them several times. No response!!. I literally gave up now trying to find another oxygen provider. Unbelievable.

After a visit to the hospital leaving the unit off coming back to restart it it was stuck in the yellow light beeping mode they set up for replacement unit which took 5 days when it arrived wasn't working at all now with a red light again without oxygen having to use my portable two big machines that don't work!

Called customer support to help resolve an issue connecting the Rove 6 to the Inogen app. The rep refused to help, and said I must call the vendor who sold me the device. Inogen manufactures the device and developed the iPhone app, yet refuses to help with a technical issue? Dreadful customer service! My only previous call six months was perfectly handled by a gentleman who answered. Today was a nightmare. This is how you lose repeat customers.

My family member has been waiting 2 months to receive his machine. Was told a week ago it was shipped and not to leave his house for 7 days. Now to find out after 7 days, it wasn't shipped. One problem/excuse after another over 2 months. Sad that the one that is suffering is my family member. Very disappointed!

They do not return phone calls, hold times are extremely long. My Dad was discharged from rehab on the 17th of July, today is July 27th. Today I was told they did not have all the paperwork. We tried several times last week to get through, left 4 messages, never received a call back. They have him down as having a trach, every time I have been asked that question it was a NO! Our case manager was told by a regional rep that they received the paperwork, but they did not want it to say he was being discharged, when he was. I do not recommend this company. Today is August 3rd. I called the number they offered, I asked to speak to a Supervisor, but was told that it was customer service department not sales. I left a message this morning for the lady who I spoke with last week, she has not called me back. I left another message for the man I had been speaking to. Thank you for giving me a phone number that was absolutely no help. The customer service lady I spoke to today gave me another number & had to leave a message. Wonder if it will get returned. Tomorrow I will be calling Medicare to see if we can go with another company. SO frustrated!
