Inogen is just the best. I have the smallest unit and for me, a woman it is so easy to carry. I use the backpack and love it.

This is really a comfortable unit that makes me want to get active again. I have up till this unit using one furnished by the VA. It was greatly appreciated, but very cumbersome and the two hour tanks greatly limited my activities. Hopefully someday Medicare will cover some of the cost for us folks who need the freedom to enjoy more activities.

Excellent piece of medical equipment! Your company has exceeded my expectations with your professionalism and kindness toward me. Will gladly recommend your services to anyone needing affordable oxygen supplies.

The Inogen G3 is a great oxygen concentrator, infinitely better than the compressed gas systems we had before it was introduced. However, my G3 has to be rebooted about once a month by unplugging it and removing the battery briefly.

The larger unit I have, works fine. I did have to exchange it once. The smaller unit I have has given me problems. It’s has been replaced twice. The straps keep breaking, it’s been replaced once. But needs to be replaced again. I do love the concept of these oxygen units, but I do believe there is room for improvement. Linda Fussell

I love my unit. There is only one thing I would change about it and that's the power on/off button. It is very difficult to do in the dark. I am so glad I found this on the internet.

First, my Inogen just quits, JUST QUITS! I contact the company sales rep., whose response was to leave me a message that I was to contact service. The machine was only about a month old. Then, I contact service, who tells me, on a Monday night, that is too late to put in an order, so it will be Wednesday before I get a replacement. I asked what I was supposed to do until then, and was told "I don't know. Is there anything I else I can help you with ". Fortunately, after many calls, we were able to secure a concentrator for the night, at 11:30 pm. When delivered, the machine was NOT an exchange, like I was told it would be ; the UPS man had no clue what I was talking about, nor did he have the time to figure it out . So, I contacted Inogen, to make arrangements. They arranged for pick up on that Thursday. I gave the UPS man the machine, on that Thursday, yet keep getting invoices for $1,000. Besides all of this, I now have to either buy or rent a concentrator for home use, WHICH I WAS ASSURED WOULDN'T BE NEEDED, AS THE INOGEN WAS 24/7 CAPABLE. I wouldn't have spent thousands of dollars if I was just going to be back stuck in the black hole.
