I have not been able to use the machine. It doesn’t work properly.

Since having received a replacement on the first one, things are rolling along pretty good. Right now I am measuring the time each battery is good for because for some reason it appears the big battery isn't giving me a full 4 hours and since my charger in the car isn't working correctly I need to know how much time I have for sure in order to get my bill paying and grocery shopping and the once a month library visit I do all in the same day. I'm sure things will work out. If there is a problem I am positive you will get on it and figure it out for me. Thanks for asking. Gwen S.

This company just keeps getting worse. Last writing Inogen would not help, fix, repair or replace home unit (not original owner) now when asked what to do with old unit answer was throw it in with the garbage. It clearly states on unit “ DO NOT DISPOSE OF IN GARBAGE”.

For some miraculous reason my normal oxygen has been up at 96 to 97. After walking indoors 92 to 94 and it goes back up in two minutes without the Rav 6. But I have only used it twice. In like four minutes bask up to 98. At least it is mine for future emergencies. We’ll see when I get out golfing. It is heavier than I anticipated but it’s ok. Works fine

Horrible! Customer service is non- existent. Myhome unit stopped working at 4 AM Sunday. I requested a replacement & was told it would be delivered ASAP. ITs Wednesday & i have called several times. Today i was told they called back & i didnt answer so the case was cleared. Forget trying to speak to a supervisor.I had my portable break while out of town & got zero help. I would never use this company if i didnt have to.

Keeping this short and sweet. I was adverse to using oxygen. Started with tanks in a backpack or rolling the tall ones behind me. I contacted Inogen and a week later, I had a quiet but powerful little concentrator. Using it while walking my dog has made all the difference in the world. I wear it at supermarkets and Sam’s and Costco.

The batteries don't last long enough and the oxygen setting only goes to three.
