Inogen is a game changer for people with lung disease that requires oxygen therapy. I have severe emphysema. With the G5 machine and the Inogen oxygen back pack I am able to ride my bike 17 to 20 miles, hike and walk my dog. Without the G5 that has 6 setting I would be devastated !!! Thank you Inogen for make life amazing for people with lung disease. 2021 !!

Customer service was wonderful. I don’t remember the name of the lady I worked with, but she was so kind, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process of contacting my sleep specialist and getting me the right concentrator. I haven’t used the concentrator yet as I purchased it for travel.

I bought the backpack because the case the compressor came in was so inconvenient. However, the backpack is heavy & not much better. It's hard to access the recharging outlet without ripping the netting. There should be a ring in the netting to protect it from the constant use.
